The TARDIS arrives on a planet where a savage tribe called the Sevateem worship a god called Xoanon. The Fourth Doctor discovers that Xoanon is in fact a spaceship computer that he tried to repair at some point in his past and inadvertently drove mad by giving it a multiple personality.
Our own images of Leela, it has to said she looks so much better “in hand”…
It is tended to by another tribe of humanoids, the ascetic Tesh. These are the descendants of the ship’s original technicians, while the Sevateem are the descendants of the original survey team. The Doctor, with the help of a Sevateem girl called Leela, manages to gain access to the ship and wipe the additional personalities from the computer, leaving it sane and in proper control once more.
Leela, deciding that she no longer wants to stay on her own planet, pushes her way on board the TARDIS. The Doctor has gained another companion.

December 20th, 2011 - 7:25amI thought that would be the best idea, if you send it soon you might get someting back a bit after Christmas. I also suggest putting a letter of some sort with it to explain your problem.

November 5th, 2011 - 11:25pmI bouggght one today, i picked out the one that has the best paint application, it looked fine, I took it out and it looked brilliant, but when i went to put it on the shelf, it woudn’t stand, The legs were fine, but then I noticed…She has 2 left feet, I don’t know what i can do, Am I able to take ti back, or do I have to just buy a new one?

September 9th, 2011 - 9:36pmThats called a quality control figure. I myself haven’t had one but a friend had a new doctor figure who had articualation issues, rough paint job and shoulders put on to far up the body.
P.S. I’m purchasing my figures from a website called hoorayfortoys or something. please let me know if there is issues with the website because i don’t want a river figure with the head of the astronaut or something… that would be a bit odd!

September 4th, 2011 - 5:47pmWow, got this figure from FPI Leeds, its pretty cool, quite accurate, not as good as the current series ones but they are 3D face scanned, the accessories are nice, BUT when I got it out I noticed damage to the chin, bosoms, arms, the legs and arms were twisted, the left hand was deformed, the back was a funny texture on the skin, sort of like the paint had blistered and then THE LEFT LEG DROPPED OFF! I’ve been alright so far with QC but this is just atrocious!

August 26th, 2011 - 4:40pmSo, we’ve got K-9 Mk 2, Peri and Leela, wonder who’s next, looking at other Dr Who related merchandise we’ve had both the doll versions of Leela and Scaroth, and now theirs matching figures. We’ve had a Tegan costume, so maybe Tegan a figure is coming. Plus the figures seem to come in two’s, blue/pink Peri, brown/beige Leela. Katy Manning says their’s two Jo Grants, so I feel it most likely Jo or Tegan.
