Does anyone know when the first, second, sixth and eight doctors are being released yet as I agree with what has been said about the latest doctor does look very much like Sylvester McCoy in the picture, I just wish they would make them in a more actionable pose as the majority of the time they didn’t have time to stand around as they were always being chased by some alien or something else.

    • The Werewolf

      July 31st, 2015 - 1:43am

The First Doctor is issue 56, released in October 2015.
The Eighth Doctor is issue 60, released in December 2015.
The Sixth Doctor is at some point between 61-65. Currently unknown
The Second Doctor is last, but still currently unknown.

The DWFC is getting a £01.00 price increase .( In line with the DC & Marvel Chess Collection’s ) I asked Ben on Twitter & he said it is happening but is unsure as yet exactly when – he will let us know ………………….

    • booboo

      April 27th, 2015 - 10:04am

that doesn’t surprise or worry me, it must be difficult to maintain the same price over a period of time and maintain the current quality

also said they have 90 planned but will go on if people keep buying 50/50 mix of new and classic from now on

    • The Werewolf

      April 27th, 2015 - 10:31am

The price increase started from issue 44 in the shops.

    • The TARDIS

      May 25th, 2015 - 9:48am

Will the price increase affect people already on subscription?

The beast is actually stunning, I think with the special issues it just gets better and better, beginning with the tardis, and then slitheen, then cyberking, then k1 robot and now the beast and dalek emperor. I would love to see in a future episode a dalek empress, could you imagine… Anyhow, I think that the beast I particularly amazing and I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

    April 25th, 2015 - 10:22pm

Wonder how big the Emperor is going to be surely not as big at the new series Emperor …. problem will be keeping it to scale with the Daleks I think he’s going to have to come up with some sort of ‘surrounding display base’ because the body of the Emperor is situated on a large triangular blue base too…..

    • Anonymous

      April 28th, 2015 - 12:21am

The classic emperor was not overly large (at the most twice the size of a standard 1960’s dalek) It wouldn’t be to hard to keep it to scale.

  • The new Doctor

    April 25th, 2015 - 5:44pm

It’s got legs did we see that in the episode

    • The Werewolf

      April 25th, 2015 - 8:54pm

No, but it will have been in the concept art. Glad to see he has hooves.

    • VespiformsSting

      April 25th, 2015 - 10:58pm

I was beginning to think about its legs…..and I suddenly realised we never saw them…. wonder if the implication is its somehow related to the Daemons…..

  • the doctor

    April 24th, 2015 - 9:11pm

dose any one know when the beast is out?

    • The Werewolf

      April 24th, 2015 - 11:16pm

      Probably released alongside issue 48.

  • VespiformsSting

    April 24th, 2015 - 1:03pm

Whens the moonbase cyberman due…Have to say that’s my favourite at the moment….

    • The Werewolf

      April 24th, 2015 - 2:16pm

      It’s Issue 53, so August I think.

    • VespiformsSting

      April 24th, 2015 - 3:31pm

      Thanks werewolf

      April 24th, 2015 - 4:33pm

27th August 2015 is the exact date. Subscribers will get it with issue 52, so over a fortnight earlier than that.

    April 24th, 2015 - 11:56am

    The beast looks superb. 😀

    • VespiformsSting

      April 24th, 2015 - 1:02pm

Do you think the ‘woodworm’ hole look right though kev ??

      April 25th, 2015 - 4:06am

Think I’ll have to watch the episode(s) again, never thought of it as woodworm but now that you’ve pointed it out, it definitely looks like it. lol 😉 Still a very nice looking figurine though.

    • funko pop crazy ross

      April 26th, 2015 - 1:17am

I think the woodworm effect is purely for detail, I’m sure it will look outstanding against other figures

  • Cyberman Bill

    April 24th, 2015 - 10:05am

The sculpting on the 7th Doctors face looks amazing! Definitely getting him!

      April 24th, 2015 - 11:55am

I agree, I think it’s their best effort yet as far as a Doctor likeness. 🙂

      I agree cyberman bill !!!

  • zombula

    April 15th, 2015 - 5:23am

I asked about the Gerry Anderson collection …. i think it’d be awesome …. just figs with a few of the machines / crafts as Specials.

    • The Werewolf

      April 15th, 2015 - 2:56pm

zombula, can you ask Ben Robinson if there will be a Classic Sontaran (Linx maybe?) in the collection any time soon?

I would like to see the dream crabs

    • VespiformsSting

      April 24th, 2015 - 11:29am

He told me there wasnt enough demand !! 50years of Thunderbirds…. and theres no demand ..Anderson shows have always been popular…and yet theyre doing a set based on the walking dead a show not even screened on a terrerstrial channel in the uk !! Must be popular but Ive never watched a full episode….

    • VespiformsSting

      April 24th, 2015 - 11:30am

And its the machines that make Anderson not the figures, there’s masses of em space craft land based vehicles, aircraft, ships, subs what good would figures with the odd craft be ???

  • funko pop crazy ross

    April 14th, 2015 - 11:53am

I reckon that the emperor dalek’s wires will be made from wire and have no support apart from the fact that it is a wire

  • The Werewolf

    April 12th, 2015 - 6:34pm

Every time I read the description for under issue 52 (Handbot) I always misread it as “Nobody particularly likes this one” It’s happened at least 3 times now lol must be my subconscious

  • Zombula

    April 11th, 2015 - 11:37am

According to one of Ben’s Tweets , Eaglemoss appear to be working on a ” Walking Dead ” collection as well.

    • The Werewolf

      April 11th, 2015 - 1:59pm

And the Game of Thrones Collection starts next month with issue 1 Daenerys (Dany) Targaryen.

    • VespiformsSting

      April 14th, 2015 - 2:57pm

Well I cant understand twitter..asked him two questions one about the possibility of a gerry anderson set and another about certain items i’d like to see in the star trek collection – I cant tell if I tweeted or twittered or whatever properly or whether he just chose not to answer :D..I cant understand it at all or how it works….:D

    • The Werewolf

      April 14th, 2015 - 4:36pm

He’s replied to someone asking about Gerry Anderson saying, he’d love to but it’s not popular enough to actually consider at the moment.

    • VespiformsSting

      April 25th, 2015 - 10:17pm

Funny how people keep asking him about Anderson but its ‘not popular enough’… lets face it five thunderbirds to the the same standard as the trek ships…people would be snapping them up and I wonder if he’s thought about the Japanese market they love Anderson shows over there…..

    • The Werewolf

      April 25th, 2015 - 11:26pm

Reminds me of Moffat’s attitude towards the Rani. Every time someone asks about whether she could return, he always says nobody’s heard of her.

    April 9th, 2015 - 11:06am

These eaglemoss figurines are getting better and better, that 7th Dr looks amazing compared to the other Dr’s we’ve had so far.

It seems they are actually listening to our comments and feedback regarding terrible paint jobs and likeness.

    • doctor3000

      April 12th, 2015 - 5:54pm

I think the seventh doctor one is cgi , so don’t judge it yet

    • Cyberman Bill

      April 17th, 2015 - 9:49pm
