Figurine Collection Magazine Special 28 Cyber Controller

Available to order from www.shop.eaglemoss.com

Also available to order from www.forbiddenplanet.com

CEO and co-founder of Cybus Industries, John Lumic poured countless resources into finding a cure for the life-threatening illness that kept him confined to a wheelchair. His pursuit of human augmentation technology led him to develop a new form of one of the Doctor’s classic enemies – the Cybermen!

Lumic set his creations loose on the streets of London, where they began forcibly “upgrading” the populace into a growing army of cybernetic soldiers. Once Lumic himself was injured, his biomechanical monsters turned their attentions on their own creator – and upgraded him into the new Cyber-Controller!

Not had a subscription email yet, but is the price for subscribers going to be the discounted price or the full price minus £1 as usual?

no idea this 25% off some pre orders is a site wide thing and is new, strikes me as a bit odd to be honest

Just ordered one. When or if I get an email about the special I will cancel it.

I’ll be annoyed if subscribers pay full price when the website is giving preorders a hefty discount.

    Only 10cm tall and £34.99!
Will give this one a miss or wait till on offer rather than get the usual £1.00 off via subscription.
Already had the email re: regular subscription issues going up in price but this price hike for specials seems excessive even though manufacturing & transportation costs from China have gone up.

Yes, would make a great little figure.
Can’t wait for Wheel to be finally fully animated.
Love that ten minute preview animation, I find it intriguing and want to find out more.
(Even though I know the story).

You could never always get the wires to stay in the character version and the controller would always slide off his throne. This is marvellous.

I read a few years ago that the Eaglemoss was considering making the throned Cyber Controller and I’m glad that they have decided to do it.as it looks awesome.

    Damn this is cool.
The holy trinity that of specials I hope are coming soon are
    The cleaners
    Gods of Ragnarock
and Possibly a bit weird and will never happen, but I really want one of the 3w tanks from death in heaven, with a top half a cyberman body and bottom half a skeleton with some sort of plastic glass as water going up to the top of the skeleton

The cleaner and the Gods are long overdue. I was rather expecting the cleaner to be this special but the cybercontroller more than makes up for this.

I’d love those, plus a saturnyne creature from vampires of venice, this cyber controller was also one if my most wanted, it’s amazing!

Can’t say that I was expecting this but wow, it looks brilliant. EM keep knocking it out of the park. I hope that even if the regular series ends that they retain the license to work on more of the spin off series and special editions. They’ve really kept the merchandise franchise alive for me throughout what have been a slow few years for the franchise. Neil, to you and your team, thank you.

Didn’t expect this since we got the figurine on its own, but this is very exciting! I wonder how many more specials we’ll get? My ideal list would be a Tractator, the Paradise Towers Cleaner Robot, a Krillitane, the Vespiform and a Saturnyne!

A vespiform would be excellent, what a cool figure. I’m hoping CO release one aswell in the B&M sets since their re-releasing the Robot already.

Couldn’t the Tractator, just be a regular figure though Flying Shark?
Robert Harrop made theirs in scale with the rest of their figures and charged the same price as usual.

Considering they made the Dragonfire creature and the Melkur specials when they didn’t need to be, I think it’s more likely the Tractator will be a special

They also overscaled Aggedor aswell which was another special that could have been included the standard editions.

Hello, I know most people like the Gravis, but could we not have an ordinary Tractator instead. I really like the look of them
