February 24th, 2019 - 2:42pmI’m wondering what’s going on with the latest issues. It’ll be eight weeks this week since the last two were sent to myself or any of the subscribers I know. I’m assuming that the same is true for everyone, since there are no pictures of the figures here yet…

November 8th, 2018 - 6:44amTo the original poster – Eaglemoss are terrible at resolving postal issues. I spent five months trying to get a subscriber Dalek I never received – the first problem I raised in 120 issues – which involved dealing with a different person every time, with promises broken over and over. They refused time and again to just send the missing figure, saying it had to be sent as part of a normal delivery (can these people not use a padded envelope and stamps?!). However, as this broke the chain of getting everything they do, I can now just pick and choose, save some space and money, and I don’t have to deal with random staff again.

Also Eaglemoss are a bit sh*t at delivering to me and I never got rare dalek 6, anyone else had this problem???

October 31st, 2018 - 1:32pmOnce it ends there will never be another opportunity to get such a complete collection, so i’m happy to carry on for as long as they want personally, at worse you could end your subs and just pick and choose what you really want.

October 31st, 2018 - 6:29pmYou have to be perisistent – don’t telephone but keep emailing customer services direct until you get your figures. I didn’t have any problems until fairly recently and have only just got the Azal figure anal now waiting for the last four issues but have been assured I’ll get them end of next week…we’ll see!

October 30th, 2018 - 9:06amThis one has two extra cables under the chest unit. But hopefuly, this figurine will have the frosted look as they did when emerging out of the tombs.

October 29th, 2018 - 8:04pmThey got it from previews UK magazine, i have seen it in there which is where most retailers get their info from, Eaglemoss marketing would have supplied pre order info originally so its down to them to correct it which they haven’t even though they have been told its changed.
So the answer is they got it from Eaglemoss themselves via previews world and no where else
