Ex Eaglemoss Doctor Who Shop Stock Now at B&M
Having called in administrators several weeks ago and on the verge of being wound up, as reported by many visitors here, some of the Doctor Who stock sold on by Eaglemoss is now for sale in B&M. All of this is stock has long been available before.
There is no sign so far of the stock that would have been destined for the UK but was never put up for sale on their web-store.
Having checked the app against barcodes on some of the sets we have to hand (you cannot check stock locations) the following are showing on the system:

November 11th, 2022 - 11:39amNot B&M I know but its the same stock has found its way to wholesalers as some has been seen being bought for prize shops in arcades. Coral Island Blackpool had some brought in by a rep.

November 11th, 2022 - 12:28pmone things for sure, there was one hell of a lot of stock in the EM warehouse and it looks like its been sold to the wholesaler for next to nothing (as is often the case with bankrupt stock)
There are some retailers after the “juicy stuff” i believe but don’t know where they are at with it.

Mind you though ergon, somebody’s probably seen this post and cleaned them out by now.

November 10th, 2022 - 10:07pmI picked up the 6th Doctor and Peri set along with the Timelord Victorious 10th with Brian the Ood. (I didn’t have those sets). I Still left a few Two packs in store.
They didn’t have any 3, 4 or 5 packs though.

November 10th, 2022 - 10:24pmThe 6th and peri set was marvellous one of the few companion sets where they really caught colin and nicolas likeness. I was pleased with that one especially the detail on 6ths waistcoat. There are loads giving their sets away. I wont be. If anything it has spurred me on to try to complete my collection more. Theyll be grinding their teeth if a new company picks it up and when those last Issues finally hit stores. Ben reckons they have been released from warehouse and should be with us by end of year. What there is of them. Might have to act fast with those. It will be worse than the B and M exclusives hunt. I just hope they dont put them out at the same time.

October 29th, 2022 - 3:19pmI just read that Ben has said licenses have been signed for the build-up part-works to finish them work has started to start them up again. A very positive development anyway for those with incomplete models.
He also said that existing stock for ships and figurines has been freed from the warehouse and will make its way to stores between now and the end of the year. Some are still in China! That’s possibly hopeful for those last few figurines! No sure but Movellans may yet be ours! Wonder where they will be sold?
Here’s hoping with Who’s 60th anniversary imminent someone might step in to take over…can’t think of a better time perhaps to relaunch with the 14th then 15th Doctors!

Looks like the ‘Trek’ model ships collection will continue but no specific ‘Who’ news…yet! Wonder if the Disney+ news will boost ‘Who’s’ profile and make it a more attractive proposition for merchandisers?

October 29th, 2022 - 4:57pmThere were no specific details on which ‘Who’ items might be included in the unreleased models/figurines (or indeed if there are any), or which shops. This is quoted from his Twitter, “Existing stock will be mostly retail. New stuff is likely to be the best part of a year away and (I think) principally online, at least at first. But I imagine it will be available internationally but I couldn’t say for sure.”
A company he can’t yet name has taken over the license for the ‘Trek’ model ships. Hopefully there will be more Who-related news soon. I really have my fingers crossed we get the two last consoles, Cleaner Robot and a final few figurines!

No I didn’t get the mega Cyberman. Wasn’t really collecting the mega figures although I did get K9 and a couple of the Daleks back in the heady days when they were on offer and you could get extra discounts from Eaglemoss!

I’m glad you’ve found a couple of some sets. As one set each per shop would sell out much too quick in my opinion.

October 28th, 2022 - 12:53pmThe one in Poole has a few double and four packs put no holy grail unreleased regular ones. The paint jobs on the ones I looked at were atrocious (flesh hair and face markings etc). Looked like reject stock to me. I didn’t buy this time as I don’t collect these anyway.

I bought the 1st Doctor and Companions 4 Pack.
Was waiting about two years for Eaglemoss to restock the Colour version of this but it never came back in stock.
Also bought The 2nd Doctor and Jamie set. I’ve had it for years, bought it from Eaglemoss but on arrival the box was battered. And I payed £19.99 for that originally plus postage (I’ll sell my old set on Ebay).

It would be like trying to get those golden tickets as in Charlie and the chocolate factory. It would be nice to know if somebody had spotted or even bought one of them.

October 27th, 2022 - 5:04pmThe stock B&M and other retailers have looks to be clearly the heathside stock sold by Eaglemoss just before the administrators were appointed.
The items that never reached the UK maybe stuck abroad or in containers probably with shipping companies who are owned money, the contract might mean they now own the stock in Lew of payment, its therefore likely to end up with the “highest bider” which quite frankly could be anyone.

Good to see some of the stock getting out there though. Hopefully the later items that didn’t get a full release will go to someone who can sell online though.
