Dr Who Figurine Collection #193 Chameleon

A highly advanced alien species, the Chameleons suffered a catastrophe on their home planet that left them without faces or identities – forced to live as a culture of identity thieves! Arrogantly declaring themselves the most intelligent beings in the galaxy, the Chameleons set about abducting and replacing humans… at least, until the Second Doctor got involved.

‘The Faceless Ones’ (1967) was a six-part episodic story, of which only two episodes survive in the BBC Archives. In 2020, the lost episodes were reconstructed in an animated format – bringing the classic story back to fans old and new! This Chameleon Figurine captures their likeness as seen in ‘The Faceless Ones’. The figurine has been meticulously crafted in specially formulated metallic resin and painted by hand.

Product Features:

  • Material: Metallic Resin, carefully produced in 1:21 scale
  • Hand-painted for incredible detail to show all the little details
  • Great gift for Doctor Who fans

This Chameleon Figurine is accompanied by a 16-page magazine featuring information about your figurine and its creation.

It says animated version on the box…does that mean a TV accurate one is in the works?

Always wondered what the bottom half of a chameleon looked like! 😀

I was initially disappointed they weren’t doing one based on their TV appearance but after reading the magazine, I can see why they went for this version. It is a very nice figurine and an interesting diversion.

    Looking forward to Bok arriving!
