Dr Who Figurine Collection #107 Pig Pilot

Celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who this fantastic new figurine collection. The series draws from every era show and includes all eleven versions of the Doctor plus his greatest monsters.

All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale, and cast in a specially formulated metallic resin before being painted by hand and individually numbered. The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior’s uniform and the controls on Davros’s console.

Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series in loving detail and every sculpt is based on detailed study of the original production photography, props and drawings.

The collection features several different versions of the Daleks and Cybermen allowing you to trace their evolution over the years. This is the definitive Doctor Who figurine collection.

Does anyone know what the final issue number will be yet and if there are any more Rare Daleks or Specials planned?

there is an extension beyond 120 but no figure has been given yet, it will keep going so long as people keep subscribing over a certain number i would think

some stuff has been mentioned but nothing set in stone yet, War machine, Drashig and Wirrn have been mentioned

we are expecting an update in a week or so

Hi Booboo. I can’t find the email now, I may have deleted it, or sometimes the phone loses them. If I find it I’ll email it to you.

I really love this figurine, although considering the size of it, I feel rather cheated for my money. I’d be happier if it were in a two-pack budget special sort of thing with a Ninth Doctor burgundy jumper repaint.

Loved both this month’s figurines, can see your point about the size and reckon that’s why we’ll not be getting K9.

personally i dont mind the odd small figure which may look poor value but we have some like destroyer which may cost much more than average to make so works both ways really

And easier if they dont have to use as many spray paints i imagine. Drathro as a special edition for example shouldn,t be a problem

The upcoming issues look brilliant. In October we’re getting the Ogron and the Cheetah Person, then the following month we’re getting a Dalek and a Cyberman!

Also 116 is the Pre-Conversion Patient from World Enough and Time.

Instead of this we could’ve had any one of the many companions or Missy or the brigadier or k-9!

So it could have been a character they have no intention of releasing or one that’s coming anyway? Definitely not…

Space pig is a welcomed figurine, as is any figurine from 2005 Series 1.

Figures like this one make me want to cancel my subscription. What’s next, destroyed Casandra?

Having said that though, it is well sculpted and painted.

Destroyed Cassandra was terrible. I don’t think Eaglemoss would stoop that low. So far the collection has been quite varied and hopefully the extention announced will mean more classic figures.
