Doctor Who:The Eternity Clock First Trailer!

Doctor Who:The Eternity Clock First Trailer!

BBC Worldwide are pleased to announce that our console game Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will launch globally, initially on PS3 and PS Vita via the PlayStation Network in March 2012 with a PC version due shortly after.

This is our first game-play trailer that showcases the monsters in the game. Players will be up against the most feared monsters from the Doctor Who Universe – the Cybermen, Daleks, Silurians and The Silence. Also attached here is the key art for the game.

In the game players will be able to take control of both the Doctor and River Song to unravel the mystery of The Eternity Clock in March 2012. The clock is ticking…

    Just watched the trailer.

Glad to see I’m not really missing that much, the gameplay is nothing liek the TV series and just not really what I would have liked.

I think for a Dr WHo game, the role of the Doctor needs to be more authentic, part of the experience should be unlockable costumes and you can choose which of the Doctor’s outifts to wear.

Lets hope future releases are more promising. 😮

No it wouldn’t, but they could atleast lose with some competance for a change, I honestly don’t think Moffat knows how to write and portray the Daleks properly. If he did, the idea of making them colourful and man-made looking wouldn’t have come about. 😆

This is something everyone should read

“Announced last month, Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be the first in a series of new Doctor Who video games, with two more console titles planned for release later this year”

So a possible Xbox 360 release

Or they could be to entirely new games

Yes, they meant 2 more games by my reckoning.

They may or may not release them on Xbox eventually. But you can get them on PC if you don’t have any of the Sony consoles.

*Unless you have a Mac. I don’t think they’ve mentioned if it is Mac compatible or not (most PC games are these days… but occasionally they’re not).

They might be referring to The Eternity clock having DLC’s as it is a continuous game.
