October 11th, 2016 - 6:42pmJust ploughed through this. The illustrations are so poor that a 7 year old could have done better, apart from a couple which they obviously got decent artists to do. In the words of a certain cake manufacturer a couple of the stories are “exceedingly” good. While on the whole they are also “exceedingly” short that I don’t know if some of them qualify as ‘short stories’ & most are just Meh!

May 28th, 2016 - 10:39amNow the images from the Time Lord Fairy Tales were very much in line with the stories themselves & were a sort of retro Grimm’s Fairy Tales style. If they could do similar with a 1910/1920’s retro Christmas Card line that would fit in perfectly with the style of a book of festive tales.
