I see the release date has quietly moved back to October. I’ve also heard a rumour that, despite the picture above, the range will actually be the usual 12 plus 4 chase figures. Have there been any official comments to that effect? The situation at the moment certainly seems a bit contradictory and confusing.

If you look at the image on the website, there are 2 more vinyls: Craig and 12. this set is still seriously lacking though.

Now it appears they’ve changed the image back to the original one without 12 and Craig. Is this seriously the entire set? I am rather disappointed.

Are we not missing 2 figures? Even with the added Craig & 12th. Dr Thin Ice that’s only TEN not TWELVE figures like the previous set?

The classic series inn’t very pop in the USA if that’s what you mean. These are more aimed at general geeks really rather than Doctor Who fans.

It’s already been said by Titan that the only way Classic Who will appear (Is as they have done here) by adding one or two figures to a set. Hence the Delgado Master/B&W Tardis.

The only one I will be getting off E-bay will be The Master. Who on earth wants Lazarus? The artwork doesn’t even resemble Gatiss. It’s as if they’ve run out of ideas but they’re ignoring almost all 26 years of Classic Who which is full of interesting monsters, robots and characters. Classic Who is not a seller but this is?

Great to see a new set… But for a “Master Collection” I’d expect more than one master.

Is it really just these 8 main vinyls plus rares or are there other commons to be announced as well?

If it’s just these that’s incredibly careless and lazy.

Im only going to get the master and the tardis off of eBay, not getting any full sets this time.

Wilf- from end of time with the master,
    Lazarus- the laser screwdriver tech
    Master- is the master
And at a very weak connection
The tardis- either he steals the doctors or had one

Before anyone comments I have seen all doctor who and don’t need informing of little facts like the master had a tardis through out all of it. The Collum thing and the computer matching and the clock. I’m not being rude but it’s a bit annoying when people underestimate your knowledge

Sure he is. That *incarnation* may or may not have been the first one (we don’t actually know, if you look at it), but Roger Delgado *the actor* was absolutely the first Master.

      March 18th, 2018 - 9:17pm

technically he is, and it makes a nice bit of merch considering the gem of a man would’ve been 100 a few weeks ago if he hadn’t tragically lost his life in that car crash and lived a natural life… he is THE Master, and we shall obey him.

Where is the correlation between ANY of these figures and the Master – besides the Master. A real random set with a veey misleading collection title and tagline. A better name would have been “All the cool figures we haven’t done yet and Lazarus”

  • Anonymous

    March 15th, 2018 - 7:18pm

Very random set here some very good ones some I think are pointless it’s a master set which btw only two on here are with the master so I don’t get why they need do them they should do a proper master set

    The master figure
Roger Delgado with Tce in this set
Peter Pratt with big eyes and Sash of Rassilon
    Geoffrey Beevers with normal eyes
    Anthony Ainley with Tce
    Gordon Tipple trapped by Daleks
Eric Roberts dressed up in time lord grams
    Derek Jacobi with fob watch
    John Simm with laser screwdriver
    William Hughes
    Michelle Gomez with sonic umbrella
