February 27th, 2016 - 7:20pmI got this from Tesco before, it was an amazing read, a brilliant final issue for a great comic.

February 25th, 2016 - 5:35pmThe reason this comic has ended, is because the Ninth Doctor story we got in Tales from the Tardis, was only a five part mini-series. In the US there hasn’t been enough Eighth stories yet and the Fourth Doctor doesn’t start until the beginning of April. Tales from the Tardis will begin Years 2 for the Twelfth and Eleventh Doctors, while the Tenth Doctor is almost at the end of his first year. Year 2 is a new series of stories and who knows when the Fourth Doctor run begins we may see Tales feature these stories. All I say is in the world of The Doctor, you know what can happen.

February 25th, 2016 - 11:45pmYou got me there, I’ve just looked in my last issue of Tales from the Tardis. I found that year one for Tenth Doctor has indeed finished. I was wrong there, I wish they would put on the cover when a year is finished.

February 26th, 2016 - 7:46amThis was part of the problem with Titan for both DWC & Tales. They never bothered to clearly list which story was which, what Part Number, putting stories in the wrong Order, missing stories out, confusingly printing wrong details, fouling up the Volume Numbers & it goes on, etc, etc

February 26th, 2016 - 4:59pmYep I totally argee with you. they should put in each issue the cover art, for each issue. That would have helped us all out. Hopefully they put the cover art work in Tales, so that we can keep on track with where we are in the series.

February 25th, 2016 - 12:28pmAlthough completely vague TITAN seem’s to have now cancelled this title. They haven’t actually stated anything, but the blurb at the back of this Issue # 6 states that the adventures continue in ‘Tales Of The Tardis’ Issue # 4 with no mention of anything else? Pity TITAN couldn’t have put FINAL ISSUE on the Front Cover. Then clearly stated inside that this was the final Comic, but would continue in ‘Tales From The Tardis’
Sadly TITAN don’t seem to have anyone in control of either of these titles, have little interest in responding to queries or even any quality control over these products.

February 25th, 2016 - 3:46pmThe fact that the secondary one-page Twelfth Doctor comic depicting the First-Fourth Doctors forming a band was literally rehashed from a previous issue only served to demonstrate the severe lack of quality control on Titan’s part for DWC.
It does indeed seem to be the case that DWC has reached the end of its run, and if so, then we can only hope that Titan will place greater emphasis on making Tales as strong a publication as it can be (and perhaps vary up the Doctor line-up, since at this rate, Tales might start to catch Titan’s US comic ranges up!

February 25th, 2016 - 12:28pmDoes it say in this issue whats happening next issue?? Are both this one and Tales from the TARDIS continuing?
Tom
February 25th, 2016 - 12:35pmJust Tales of the TARDIS by the looks of it, since there’s no mention whatsoever of a further issue of Doctor Who Comic being released. My hope was that DWC would start covering the Fourth, Eighth or Ninth Doctor titles now that Tales is seemingly taking the reins of the Tenth-Twelfth Doctor series, but it appears that won’t be the case and that we’ll therefore have to pick up the collected editions of the former series instead.
Chances are that Tales and DWC weren’t making enough cash to justify Titan producing two magazines a month – a shame, since had the writing team taken a more consistent approach to spreading out the Doctors between the pair, then they could both have been enduring hits with UK fans.

February 25th, 2016 - 6:33pmI have subscribed to them and we got a note that this is definitely finished so Tales from the Tardis is continuing with Year 2
