Doctor Who The Vampire Plants & Other Stories Audio CD

Available to order from www.amazon.co.uk

A quartet of fabulous stories based on vintage comic strips from the Doctor Who Annuals, featuring the Second, Third and Fourth Doctors.

In The Vampire Plants the Doctor and Jamie discover strange goings-on in a Venusian colony, where Dr Vane’s space seedlings appear to be at the heart of the matter.

In Menace of the Molags a huge spaceship fills the sky above London, and inside it the Doctor and Jo meet some familiar looking aliens.

After the Revolution takes Jo and the Doctor to Freedonia, known for its beautiful utopian city. But things have changed for the worse since the Doctor was last there…

Plague World is the destination for the Fourth Doctor, Adric and K9 when they find an Earth colony, abandoned and left to its own devices – with terrible consequences.

Jon Culshaw, Katy Manning and Matthew Waterhouse read this quartet of tales, adapted by Paul Magrs from comic strips first published in the 1970s and 1980s.

Adric was one of the best companions of the classic series.

Can anyone remember a Magazine called “Look-in” I remember collecting them Religiously Every Release. It Used to cover a Wide Variety of Interests such as Dr Who, Star Wars, Six Million Dollar man, The Bionic Woman, Blake’s Seven, Tomorrow People, TV, Film and Pop Music. It Also reminds me of the Artwork from those old Covers. Great Nostalgia.

Yes The DR. I had many issues of Look In once. I believe it had a Sapphire & Steel comic strip, too

Yes Jason Z, I’m Glad someone still Remembers the Magazine. I used to love it as It usually Contained all my Favourite Topics, such as Sci-Fi, Action and Comedy, TV, Shows, Films etc aswell as Music amd Sport. I bought it every Week for around 10 Years. Sadly I must have Thrown them all away as a few Years ago I remember I turned the house Upside Down trying to find them.
