Doctor Who: The Death Pit (Time Trips) Ebook

death-pitDoctor Who: The Death Pit (Time Trips)

Something odd is going on at the Fetch Brothers Golf Spa Hotel.

Receptionist Bryony Mailer has noticed a definite tendency towards disappearance amongst the guests. She’s tried talking to the manager, she’s even tried talking to the owner who lives in one of the best cottages in the grounds, but to no avail. And then a tall, loping remarkably energetic guest (wearing a fetching scarf and floppy hat) appears.

The Fourth Doctor thinks he’s in Chicago. He knows he’s in 1978. And he also knows that if he doesn’t do something very clever very soon, matters will get very, very out of hand.

Is this something similiar to the 11 Doctors ebooks that have just been released in paperback form?

Amz UK is listing 4 books as TIME TRIPS (With rather odd covers?):

    J.Colgan ‘Into The Nowhere’ 11th Dr/Clara
N.Harkaway ‘Keeping Up With The Joneses’ 10th Dr/Martha
A.Kennedy ‘The Death Pit’ 4th Dr
    T.Carnavan ‘Salt Of The Earth’ 3rd Dr/Jo

If they are short stories hopefully they will make it into paperback again?

    Any further information anyone…?

Same as the e-shorts and it has been indicated in other BBC announcements that a print collection will come out later.

Cheers Booboo! I really enjoyed the 11 Doctors Anthology – As the link shows another 3 authors, this seem’s to be quite a mix of different writers & Doctor’s. If it’s in similar vein the paperback may turn up the end of 2014?

Sorry to say this but I think the cover looks awful, they could have maybe toned down the shading of the golf balls to give it a better effect.

Keep in mind this is just an ebook and no one cares about covers for those. The print omnibus will have a better cover, I’m sure.
