As Pearl Mackie steps aboard the TARDIS for her first adventure as Bill Potts, Ingrid Oliver (Osgood in Series 8 and 9) looks back at the debuts of the Doctor’s recent companions. We creep silently through this spooky adventure as writer Mike Bartlett and Director Bill Anderson reveal the secrets of how to make a truly scary episode of Doctor Who. And find out why they couldn’t have chosen a more terrifying location… Featuring interviews with David Suchet, Peter Capaldi and Pearl Mackie. Narrated by Ingrid Oliver.
No writer has ever penned an episode of both classic Doctor Who and the new series – until now! July 18th, 2018 - 10:13pmwhats the difference between the steelbook listed on amazon and the ‘Amazon Exclusive Edition’, the second is the one on offer for £25, is this the steelbook?
booboo
July 19th, 2018 - 6:35amthe other one is a 3rd party listing for the same product, Amazon’s listing on the steelbooks are terrible to be honest, they have the wrong pictures on the series 2 and 3 steelbooks and despite being told they still haven’t altered them

October 15th, 2017 - 11:26amLee Binding has mentioned on twitter that hes made the artwork for the steelbook but hes just waiting for the Bbc to comission it so they can finally release it
DanWFA
October 19th, 2017 - 10:09pmI recently asked Lee Binding if there has been any news and he replied “Haven’t had a commission yet! Best ask the BBC just in case” He hasn’t been asked to do the artwork yet but after a conversation on the topic i suggested the idea that the BBC might want to get Shada and Series 10 out of the way before they do Series 3. So if one does get commissioned we can expect a pre-order early 2018

October 23rd, 2017 - 9:06pmIt’s gonna be along wait for a Complete Series 1-10 isn’t it

October 12th, 2017 - 10:22amAmazon is now showing it as NOT AVAILABLE. Days ago it was up for pre-order (and was in the best-seller category) so it appears they may have pre-sold out of all their allocated units. It might become available again if they are allocated more stock.
Zavvi have it up still available for pre-order but I wouldn’t hang around guys, get it whilst you can. Remember how quickly SERIES 9 Steelbook sold out and is now commanding huge prices on the secondary market (One sold on eBay recently for £190!!!

October 12th, 2017 - 11:19amI think you mean the Shada steelbook
Sean Bassett
October 12th, 2017 - 5:58pmI find it very unlikely the Shada Steelbook would have sold out already. Somebody at Amazon must have messed up.
booboo
October 12th, 2017 - 6:06pmthey may have possibly sold their 1st allocation a lot quicker than expected but it is usual
This happened with the 2018 annual and they cancelled many of the orders and 2 days later it was in stock!

October 12th, 2017 - 7:11amOooooh never heard of them, so thank you, that’ll be a tremendous help! 🙂
Alex
October 12th, 2017 - 6:41amSo I really, reeeally want to get this. But the price is huge. So….firstly how fast do these steelbooks sell out and will the price go down a bit? If I wait, say, three weeks, would that be enough time to go down in price but still be able to get a copy?
booboo
October 12th, 2017 - 6:44amAmazon always put full RRP on then it comes down, series 9 sold out very quickly but that’s not to say this will
Alex
October 12th, 2017 - 6:47amHmm maybe. I don’t know, Series 10 was also pretty damn popular, considering how beloved Bill, Nardole and the finales were. So maybe. I’ll give it a day or two before splurging. I mean when you say quickly, you mean within a few weeks, not days, surely? 🙂
booboo
October 12th, 2017 - 7:05amkeep an eye on http://www.zoom.co.uk

Alex
October 12th, 2017 - 7:26amWait damn, I just checked. They can’t deliver to my country, that’s disappointing. Guess I’ll just have to stick with expensive Amazon shipping.
