Saw this in John Lewis the other day. It certainly was a lot more expensive than Forbidden Planet have it listed for; about £30 or something if I remember rightly, compared to FP’s £24.99. It looks like quite a good little gadget though, so might look into getting hold of it.

I think £27.99 is a bit expensive, is that the price you’d expect to pay for this sort of thing?

Oh, I thougt it was going to be some little thing, thanks. And by the way, you might of seen that I’ve been posting around the site that DW: Mazes of Time is free for a limited time on the App Store. I didn’t know if you wanted to do a article on it.

It was reduced to a smaller price when A Good Man Goes To War was on and I believe it’s been free (or reduced) many times after that. I think that’s why booboo might not have featured it. 🙂

Great. I’d love a TARDIS safe – an obvious but brilliant idea. But limiting it to smartphone owners? – not everyone has one! Will they ever bring one out with an ordinary type of lock?

It will be called Tardis Safe, but it’s not on the App Store yet.

The only problem with this sort of device is its finite lifespan – it only works while ipods/iphones are compatible. Tech. upgrades happen so fast, that eventually there will be no compatible devices on the market to open it.

Not that it’s going to stop me from buying one lol. 😀
