Doctor Who Series 7 Part 2 (DVD)

dvd-series-7-bDoctor Who Series 7 Part 2 (DVD)

Release date: 20/05/2013

Dust off your bow ties (bow ties ARE cool) and get ready to witness the official introduction of the Doctor’s new companion, Clara Oswald, played by Jenna-Louise Coleman in the opening episode entitled “The Bells of St John”, written by Steven Moffat.

Set in London and featuring iconic landmarks like The Shard and Westminster Bridge, the Doctor has to battle a new enemy, the Spoonheads as he discovers that something sinister is lurking in the Wi-Fi.

Doctor Who Series 7 Part 2 promises to be the biggest and most exciting yet, to coincide with the fantastic Doctor Who 50th Anniversary year. With episodes written by Steven Moffat, Neil Gaiman and Mark Gatiss, the Doctor will have to outwit foes, both old and new including Cybermen and Ice Warriors.

Doctor Who actor Matt Smith will be joined a stellar list of guest stars including: Celia Imrie; Richard E Grant; Warwick Davies, Jessica Raine; Dougray Scott and Tamzin Outhwaite, as well as for the first time on screen together, mother and daughter ‘combo’ Dame Diana Rigg and Rachael Stirling.

I got this today from CEX for Β£15. For second hand, it’s good condition, the only damage is a slight dent and some of the cover ripped.

maybe get both! this should pacify you for now, like it has done for me, but when the time comes, get the complete box set. (that is what i am doing)

    • doctorpond393

      May 27th, 2013 - 8:48pm

      thanks. Might do that.

It depends if you have got series 7 part 1 then get it but if you have not got part one . Then I would wait but it’s your choice mate

I have series 7 part 1 so i might as well get this. I mean what many extras can there be on the full boxset anyway. There wont be any confidentials will there.

Prequels, short behind-the-scenes features, maybe video diaries, deleted scenes, outtakes.

    • drjakeyoung

      May 28th, 2013 - 7:53pm

like i said, get both, this for now because it’s great then when it comes out upgrade to the complete boxset.

    • Sam Bentley

      May 28th, 2013 - 8:05pm

In my opinion, don’t buy both. Waste of money as you’ll be buying the same thing twice. It’ll be cheaper to buy the full boxset anyway, rather than part one and part two.

Drjajeyoung, we aren’t all rich like you! πŸ˜‰ I’m waiting for the full boxset. Last series I bought the series six part one and part two sets and really regret it. I am in consideration of selling them to get the full series six boxset.

    • drjakeyoung

      May 28th, 2013 - 9:51pm

lol Sam I’m not rich, the only reason i have this set is because i came back from town on Saturday and my mum had brought it for me! For a second i thought i was really annoyed because i wanted to wait for the complete boxset but then i thought that she was the one that spent her money on it so that doesn’t effect me in the slightest, which means i can spend my own money on the complete boxset πŸ™‚

    • Scott the Raptor

      May 29th, 2013 - 10:41am

Well technically, it does effect you. If your Mother bought it for you, then your whole family has given Β£16. It is your family’s money. Not just your Mum’s.
