Doctor Who: Monster Invasion is a new fortnightly partwork comprising a magazine with collectable cards aimed at an 8-12 year old audience. It will launch across the UK in early May 2011, to coincide with the return of the BBC TV series.
You can subscribe to Monster Invasion on the official site at www.doctorwhomi.com. where you are given the option to receive additional items such as collectors tins, card holders etc.

Doctor Who: Monster Invasion is being distributed by Seymour and will available from all good retailers.
Part one of Doctor Who: Monster Invasion will retail at a promotional price of £1.50 (normal retail price is £2.60) and will contain: a magazine featuring an episode guide; an A-Z of monsters; an alien slamdown fold-out poster; two packs of cards; and the first section of a three-part giant poster.
Parts two and three each come with one pack of cards; the first and second part of a collectable TARDIS storage box; and the remaining sections of the giant poster.

April 12th, 2011 - 3:40pmI don’t know with battles in time they scrapped the test set and its cards and restarted the card set again so you may see some of the cards, but in a different order.
and for those asking when it will be released if you check the link for bbbcsubscriptions site it says released 5th may

April 12th, 2011 - 1:07pmThe collectors tin is £9.99, it does not come free with the magazine but you do get 1 packet of trading cards with every issue (except the 1st one which you get 2) and the magazine comes out next month

April 11th, 2011 - 7:27pmthey was a test set off the magazin and cards released in Bristol and the south west around aug-sept last year off only 90 cards and the magazine then it stopped at Issue 6 with a letter saying it will return early next year(2011) and a form for a free issue 7 when it comes out this year i have the new card holder TARDIS. So I’m looking forward to when it comes out in may
