It would have been nice to have a comment in the editorial.

It’s starting to make me think twice about picking a copy up.

One thing I should also point out:

On the crossword, the clue for 2 across is ACTUALLY the clue for 5 across. 2 across is non-existent: it’s only 2 down.

    Just received my issue.

Haven’t properly read it yet but I’ve seen the “exclusive DWM BIG big finish news”. It involves the return of a range that hasn’t been seen since 2008 and said range appears to be entering “New Series” territory with 2 boxsets released later this year…

I am 99% certain they will continue to release them in collected form. They need to have made so many pages to justify a collected graphic novel and as they have had to take multiple breaks during the pandemic this means its taking longer than usual to reach the number of pages needed.

Booboo, do you think these will be the s11-s12 rittenhouse trading cards? And if so, do you think they will be released soon?

The Trading Cards feature is the latest in the series of articles where they interview fans about Who items they collect – there have been a few, and a future one is about collecting figurines. I’m not sure that strap line on the cover is about news of new releases as such.

It does briefly cover the Rittenhouse S11/12 Set they are planning, with a couple of pictures. What they failed to mention was, that this is a US Company. The similar 2 or 3 sets previous were also a US release only. Which mean’s importing Boxes from the States will cost an arm & a leg as usual. Another set that will mostly be out of reach to a lot of Collectors.

I thought I read somewhere that they were planning to release these worldwide or atleast in Europe too?

That would certainly be a first for Rittenhouse? I have never seen their products released anywhere but the US. I used to collect Rittenhouse Star Trek cards & always had to Order from the US at a premium. If any were imported into the UK, again you had to pay a premium for them.

Always look forward to the DWM coming out.
I’m sure a few People will like this cover with having Sixth on.
Even though he’s not one of the most popular Doctors.
Wasn’t keen on his stories when they first aired but I really enjoy watching them now.

I suppose him popping in up on the cover after such a long time is to coincide with the release of Season 22.

July 2015, last time Colin was on the cover, thought it was quite awhile ago.

I’m still not keen on Colin’s stories even after all this time, (38 years… wow) but I always liked colin himself.

It’s the new CD release rather than season 22 Coleman

Didn’t he refuse to do DWM interviews and so only appears on cover when he is interviewed via Big Finish. He was against the DWM ranking lists of Doctors and episodes as it always hurt when he and his episodes came low down or last (very understandable, I really like him myself). I think I read all that in the interview via Big Finish from his last cover appearance!

Yeah Tim, you’ve got that copy on your collections the last time Colin, appeared on the cover of DWM.
