December 11th, 2020 - 8:23amI should point out that the offer code for the Tenth Doctor Adventures Volume 2 cd boxset on the back of the magazine works for the CD version only and NOT the download.
Just to let the download fans know…

December 10th, 2020 - 8:33pmIt’s terrible to think subscribers have not even received last issue yet. This issue is a bit pointless for a lot of people. Cannot really blame Royal Mail after 28 days

December 17th, 2020 - 9:38pmHow is it pointless? If they are subscribing then they want this issue.

December 10th, 2020 - 12:14pmYay mine has just been delivered at least not late this month
The Watcher
December 9th, 2020 - 9:02pmit says new action figures on the cover. does that refer to the b&m sets or something new?
doctor who home
December 9th, 2020 - 4:03pmI feel we’ve already done the Christmas repeats article before as well as the Go Goos one, they both feel like already written pieces for DWM, I know its going to happen after all these years but I swear we had one on the Christmas omnibuses in 2017?
The Flying Shark
December 10th, 2020 - 9:05amAnd we had articles on David Whitaker’s Dalek stories in 2018,…I know times are tough but it is annoying to see so many reused articles
doctor who home
December 11th, 2020 - 2:48pmThats exactly how I felt last mont, I swear I’ve read the story of the Dalekmania toys about three different times in recent memory, i just find it hard to believe we cant be deep diving into other doctor who content, we have a gigantic expanded media, there’s new books and audios out every month and it’d be great to get more 2005-onwards content, even with the merchandise we barley scratched the surface :/
The Flying Shark
December 18th, 2020 - 8:08amAnd also it very much annoyed me how, despite being wildly popular and featuring on the cover, the 5″ range was neglected to one small box out about the David Tennant variants.
Daniel Seymour
December 9th, 2020 - 7:30amWhats this Back on TV: Christmas with the Doctor? As well as the new special are they at last showing reruns of the classic series on BBC ONE? Not that I would watch them as I own every story on DVD and download where I can, but it would be great for younger fans to see the classic series and even though they will be repeats would be quality TV.
Gareth Pugh
December 9th, 2020 - 9:30amDaniel – I’m guessing here until I get my copy – but they usually put ‘Back on TV’ on the cover when there’s new episodes about to air so I reckon that flash will just be referencing the NYD special (and the coverage about it inside the mag). ‘Christmas with the Doctor’? Not sure – if I had to guess from the specific episodes the thumbnail photos have been picked from, perhaps a feature looking back at other broadcasts of DW that happened over the Christmas and New Year period?
Gareth Pugh
December 9th, 2020 - 12:27pmYes, here you go – from the Panini blurb I think:
Christmas with the Doctor – a fresh look at stories that were broadcast during the festive period between 1963 and 1989.
Anonymous
December 17th, 2020 - 9:39pmThey tried showing classic repeats and nobody watched.
John
December 18th, 2020 - 8:45amAnonymous – you have any evidence to back that up?
The number of people watching on other channels would seem to disaghree with you, otherwise Britbox wouldn’t be showing it. If I recall the repeats on BBC2 had healthy figures.

December 8th, 2020 - 6:01pmI only got my last issue last week. Let’s hope there’s no issues with this one!!
Demdike@CultLabs

December 8th, 2020 - 5:37pmit says recreating the feast of steven. what could that possibly hint at? an animation? uclan reconstruction? David bradley thing?

Gareth Pugh
December 8th, 2020 - 3:13pmI think they usually only reveal the cover on the Tuesday 2 days before though?
Mrs Croot
December 8th, 2020 - 4:02pmNormally a Monday
The Outcast
December 8th, 2020 - 2:20pmNew action figures? Does this just refer to the 12/Davros, Ace/Imperial B&M sets, or something else?
Anonymous
December 8th, 2020 - 2:40pmLet’s hope ones planned for 2021
The Fishmonger
December 8th, 2020 - 7:30pmThey did a small article about the Ace and 12/Davros sets in the last one, so hopefully news about future ones.
