I can not believe WH Smith in Barking Shopping Centre.

My mum accidentally bought me the previous issue after being told by a member of staff that it’s the latest issue.

So I go to the shop to return it, they had no copies of this new issue still in the shop, and the guy who sold my mum a copy of the last issue told me I can’t return it because it’s against company policy to return any magazine once it’s been sold.

Absolute rubbish. Plus he never gave my mum a receipt for when she bought the wrong issue and a couple of newspapers either.

Michelle Gomez is the Master! Or my favourite master, at least. Who else could say so soft, so strangely:
“I’m going to kill you in a minute…”

In my opinion, Delgado is the best, followed by Gomez, then Ainley, Simm, then Beavers/Pratt and then – ugh – Roberts.

      November 10th, 2014 - 8:31pm

But don’t you see? What’s so clever, so heartbreaking about Osgood’s death is that the plot moves on without her, one heartfelt look at a broken pair of glasses is all we need to tell us that her death really was senseless…

    • Destroyer of Worlds

      November 11th, 2014 - 8:05am

Also Osgood had a Zygon copy so which one died?

    • Callum eales

      November 12th, 2014 - 5:01pm

Osgood. Needed the inhaler. She used it during the episode so. Sorry to say she’s dead.

Me too. He could accidentally collided with a Time Lady that he was meant to collide one of the Time Lords. It’s typical that the Master does steals someone’s body when he’s dying, in state of decay or ongoing mental madness.

great cover, personally for me you’re never going to beat the Delgado or Ainley ‘Masters’, but Gomez followed in the footsteps of her more recent incarnation by being completely bonkers – still don’t understand why he’s a woman now though unless Simm’s Master was at the end of his regeneration cycle (again) and stole a body to live in?

John Simm’s master regenerated into Michelle Gomez’s master/mistress.

      Regeneration can also change gender

    • CJ

      November 10th, 2014 - 3:37pm

He would of stole another regeneration cycle

    • Existent Being

      November 10th, 2014 - 4:00pm

The Master was unstable in the End of Time. A regeneration at that stage could’ve changed gender.

Be interesting if they revealed the Master had taken over the Rani’s body….he almost took over the Doctor’s in keeper of Traken…..

his resurrection went wrong because of lucy saxon, maybe that affected his regeneration,i expect he did go back to Gallifrey.

    • Joe Roberts

      November 10th, 2014 - 6:03pm

I believe that the Master was in a end of his regeneration cycle which he chosen to steal a body of a Time Lord, but probably didn’t see a Time Lady was somehow in his way that the Master accidentally collided with her.

    • Anonymous

      November 10th, 2014 - 7:35pm

The Master was resurrected for the Time War and seemingly given a new regeneration cycle.

There is absolutely no reason to believe anything other than a straightforward regeneration.
