I have no idea what this outfit is, it’s very random. It may just be the prototype. However, if this is the final outfit, I can only think CO don’t want people making their own ‘realistic’ Doctors and variants (you could technically use the mould in more professional ways), thus reducing sales of the regular figures.
Which… btw, is rediculous, but you just don’t know what they’re thinking until the product comes out.

If not it is silly because you will end up with lots of the same figures that are all White
Also atleast you can use it as a prop with the 5inch figs

Depending on the mould, you might be able to use plaster in it though. (But we’ll have to wait until it’s released to find that out for sure).
