I contacted DW Figurines asking ” Is it true that the DW figurine collection will not end at 80 issues, and that it is being extended to 100 issues now. If so when will it be confirmed ?. ” and their reply was ” Hi Steve,

    Thanks for your message.

We’ve not had any information from the publisher regarding an extension. If we do you’ll be notified by us.

    Many thanks, DW Figurines “.

We’ll have to see what happens nearer the time when there are only a handful of issues left.

As I tried to reply earlier. Those people don’t really know anything. Ben Robinson, who is in charge, officially announced the extension to 100 issues on Twitter.

Yeah, you can’t go by what they say…: they are the last to know. It’s Ben Robinson…. He will tell you like it is. He knows since he’s in charge of making those things. He has said on Twitter that it’s extended up to 100 and possibly more!

I was kinda hoping we’d get a blue or red one as they’d stand out a little more when with my other Daleks from the collection, but ah well! I’m still excited for this!

As I’ve said as much already, the white one is the most boring Paradigm Dalek. The blue would have been the best, then yellow, then red, then orange. I’m snakedance looking forward to… sorry, I’m “kinda” looking forward to it because it such a unique Dalek, even if Eaglemoss somehow managed to pick the blandest one.

Ben Robinson did ask people which colour Paradigm Dalek they would’ve preferred and I did notice a very ‘loud’ person saying the white Supreme one, so that might have something to do with it.

That said, if some of us really wanted to, we could paint it a different colour anyway, although it wouldn’t match the magazine.

Presumably the collection still ends at 80 figurines. From 65 two of them will be doctors 2 and 6. Are there going to be any versions of the Master?

The collection does not end at 80. It has been extended to 100 issues.

And yes there will be many more Masters. Once they have ran out of Doctors as ‘anchors’ they will move onto Masters.

Easy way to have all 5 Paradigm Daleks ? Buy 5 figures & paint 4 of them. Simples . 🙂

Depends which style it is. Might be the metallic, less humpy Asylum version.

Fair enough! I’m tempted to do that depending on how good the sculpt itself is (although what am I kidding? Eaglemoss gave always been great with sculpts!)

It’s not the Asylum one, it the Victory one.

I had hoped that the Paradigm Dalek was not the Supreme because we will have more Supremes than regular Daleks by issue 70, but never mind, it will make for a decent figurine in the end and that’s what matters most.

I wonder if they will do the others though. I really want a Drone!
