I saw these the other day. I was disappointed, they’re a lot smaller than they appear in the pictures

Because dr who is cool, and people like these sort of fancy little gadgets.

      December 15th, 2012 - 1:45pm

And dr who is a big show, so companies know they are bound to make more money from selling dr who products

yea but why stress balls? I mean, I love Doctor Who but I wouldn’t buy these cause I don’t need them

I used to collect stress ‘balls’ but these… well they look bad to be honest. TARDIS in really odd looking and Dalek looks too cartoon-y.

The Tardis looks fantastic IMO. If the light on top wasn’t so flat it would look like an actual model Tardis

That’s what I dislike about it. Also the green windows, or is it like glow in the dark?

When you say stress balls, did you mean the ones with flour in the inside of them?

On Forbidden Planet (international) the dalek has the weapons, but no arms.

    Which one would we get?

The tardis looks cool! I dont think the dalek would serve well as a stress ball, the weapons might break.

To get rid of stress, I usually play shooting games for the Xbox but a toy to actually take things out on is brill! I wouldn’t mind either one, still a stress toy. πŸ˜€

I sometimes like to play lego star wars ii, and play as palpatine. You can fire lightining from his hands, and you kind of get a cool feeling from it when you use it to kill the stormtroopers. It sort of takes horrible thoughts out of your mind.

No, he usually beats those incompetant evil monsters. I don’t think he would have need of this thing, maybe after an annoying day like the God Complex (people die because of him) or a Good man goes to War (he makes a promise he can’t really keep). πŸ™

Aside from the mounting cost of getting merchandise, there is the difficulty of finding it. The yellow wind-up dalek is in fewer shops than the red dalek.

However, worryingly, the red dalek and TARDIS have been in some temporary shops, suggesting they have not sold well. Perhaps that is why they moved away from wind-ups to stress toys.

But I might not get it as I like to collect the DVDs of doctor who, torch wood, Sarah Jane, etc…etc.
I probably wouldnt have no money left, actually, how much are they together and singularly.
And can you get them in sets, booboo can you find out for me?:)
