Thoroughly enjoying reading this edition – my favourite year of Dr Who. Very well put together and interesting. Really like the infographics on the back page regarding the ratings – excellent idea! Can’t wait for the next edition. Looking forward to a Troughton year 1967 edition, as well as the Pertwee year 1971 and Leela year 1977 editions. Keep up the excellent work!

I suppose it’s understandable that Dalek Mania ( 1965) and now 1975 might be seem to be the easiest to make.A lot of info is already around for those years. So more unusual lower key years might need a bigger journalistic dig for the wider reaches of the Chronicles .

I do wish for something more unusual. 1973;1990;1964 etc. I hope we do get them all. This just seems a little like low hanging fruit. That’s not to say it won’t be fantastic as 1965 was , just a bit obvious.

1990 would be about 4 pages long.

      Hi Bobby Davros

It might not be a viable year, but that the point.

There was a lot of coverage still going on. with plans already in place for what whould have been the next series (see Big finish lost stories) . Plus the constant ,will the BBC sell it/bring it back . who would be the next Doctor etc etc.

thats why it would be more interesting in many ways, than the big hitters. 1991 might be slimmer but I doubt it. In some ways 1990 is the end of the classic series, as we knew it.

All through the decade Dapol, Product Enterprise/corgi, Danbury mint. were still selling. enough for Danbury to make a third special set for 1996/7

There is still lots to see and read for the Lesser years.
