Doctor Who 2012 – Rory Williams Action Figure
Amy Pond’s fiancée who, on his stag night found himself whisked away in the TARDIS. After defeating the Saturnynes and the Dream Lord, Rory was killed saving the Doctor’s life during a battle with the Silurians.
However, his body was absorbed by the time energies leaking across time and space – resulting in him never having existed. However, his essence was placed into an Auton replica of himself in Roman times and after briefly reuniting with Amy, he accidentally killed her.
To restore her, the Doctor placed her in the Pandorica and for two thousand years Rory stood guard over her, the legendary Lone Centurion. When time was finally rebooted, Rory became human again, married Amy and once again joined her and the Doctor in the TARDIS.

August 20th, 2012 - 8:59pmFrom what i can see, The arms and legs look like Primeval’s Nick Cutter S2, the red shirt top is Capt Jacks and the bottom half is Primeval’s Conner S2. The Head and Body warmer looks only new.

August 20th, 2012 - 7:57pmThe head was created using a digital 3d scan of Arthur Darvill, the same technique used to create the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond figures. The face is not a sculpt!
The thing to realise is, every action figure loses a little of the likeness when manufactured as a run of several thousand pieces.

Ruined. 🙁 I really hope the final piece is better to this and that this is just a prototype. PLEASE, CO, don’t ruin this for me as well. Not Rory. Please. 🙁

August 20th, 2012 - 7:36pmCompletely disagree with many comments here! I think the figure has a great sculpt! Maybe the eyes are a bit far apart and its re-using Nick Cutter parts but it looks great!
The hair does not need to be flattened! If anything it needs to be a bit bigger!
