August 14th, 2018 - 11:28pmkingston retail park had some sets on Sunday and had the tardis today but all in the back call up and ask or ask a member in store best bet is that there still in the back I think cause they put the 11 and 12 set on reserve pick them up sunday and had one of the tardis sets reserved for me and picked that up today so they could still have some more in just ask a member of staff by calling or asking in store there very helpful and put up with me ringing 24/7 about the sets lolz

He got referred up to a higher person in charge and she said they had none and would still be in the warehouse if they had any. They don’t know when they would get them

August 14th, 2018 - 7:07pmI just got mine from Basingstoke, as well. Did you look by the tills cos that is where they are. I got mine yesterday and there were about 4 of each sets apart from the TARDIS set. If you are local, try again and look harder! Try talking to Christian the Manager. He was helpful and very friendly, even though he has down syndrome ! 🙂

August 16th, 2018 - 11:05pmI am Michael’s dad. On Tuesday at 5pm they were not by the tills. I asked 4 people in the store about them including one of the ladies on the tills and they had no idea what I was talking about.
The last lady I spoke to was not in uniform and it sounds as though they may have been put out after I left

I asked out the other figure packs and a staff member checked the system and there were 3 in store. We searched the store and couldn’t find any of the figures, so three guesses as to where these 3 sets are…
The Tardis set is superb…if you can find it…

I just got the 1970s set and I have to say that there is nothing wrong with my tom baker figure and I was happy to get the 70s set as I was not fussed about the other sets including the 3rd doctor with tardis. 🙂

August 14th, 2018 - 4:59pmOne each of 11th and 12th Doctor sets left in Hunts Cross B&M Home Store near Speke as if 4.30. On the end of an aisle near the toys marked as clearance. No TARDIS found. Managed to get hold of one of each of the 3 sets.

August 14th, 2018 - 4:58pmReally happy today that I managed to get the 1970’s set, 12th Doctor set and the 3rd Doctor and TARDIS (they had the 11th set but weren’t keen myself to buy it). Really pleased with the figures a lot and glad I got the TARDIS set for £19.99 RRP then eBay. Looking forward to displaying these (In box of course) 🙂

August 14th, 2018 - 5:49pmI managed to find the 3rd & Tardis and 12th dr set yesterday but I had to drive 50 odd miles and go to 4 different B&M’s. It’s ridiculous really.

August 14th, 2018 - 6:04pmGlad you got yours Exterminator too, I had a 20 minute trip down the road so wasn’t really a challenge with me, they reserved them for me as well, got the first ones in stock and straight out the delivery box so really pleased with that. I think I am the only person to have got hold of them smoothly and with no trouble.

August 14th, 2018 - 4:50pmThere were at least three each of the 11th and 12th sets in the Macclesfield branch yesterday afternoon at about four thirty (I couldn’t count the exact amount without pulling half the surrounding stock off the shelf). I just took the one 70s set that had been set by for me.
A big shout out to Tom at the shop who couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and who ensured I didn’t have a wasted and uncomfortable journey to check (I’m on a crutch with a knee injury at present).
Sorry I’ve not had the opportunity to post before now.

August 14th, 2018 - 4:21pmHad to make a bit of an effort to travel to get mine, I’m in Dorchester Dorset, managed to pick up the three figure sets off the shelf yesterday in Yeovil, our nearest store.
Went to Shepton Mallet also who have a large store, they’d had 30 pallets of delivery but hadn’t worked it yet and had no idea what was on it. Knew for sure they weren’t getting tardis sets though.
Today my partner phoned Shepton Mallet again, they told her to phone Bridgwater who would probably have the tardis as they were a bigger store, and lo and behold they’d had a box in at Bridgwater, 1 had sold and 2 were already reserved but we managed to reserve one and drove all the way up to pick it up today.
By the time we got there everything else had sold but I was chuffed to bits to leave with the last tardis set in my possession!
They’re sure they’ll be getting more in though, as they’re “going quite well” according to the cashier!!!
Yeovil are also expecting tardis sets end of the week.

I do see them all over and no one hardly ever credits the source (Us), that doesn’t really bother me but i don’t like them being used on ebay or even some retailers to sell stuff.
The Tardis is great (thanks Mic!) fits in with the others well and darker than the promo but lighter than the 4th’s

August 14th, 2018 - 4:05pmUpdate, one of the stores in Nottingham has got 2 Twelfth Doctor sets, 3 Eleventh Doctor sets and the rest are Eleventh, Amy and Oswin sets. Been advised that the 3rd Doctor and TARDIS sets are not going to be made available in standard stores but only in the home stores and that they will not be available for purchase until at least a month’s time. Makes me wonder how so many scalpers have managed to get them and sell on ebay so fast.

A lovely employee named Mandy put the 1970’s and 12th Doctor sets aside for me in the office as i called asking for them yesterday, and she remembered me when I called today! I managed to buy mine before they even got put out on the shelves!!! Also reserved the 3rd Doctor and TARDIS and 11th doctor set at the Eastern Avenue store to collect tomorrow!

Blackpool Home store near ASDA had 2 eleven doctor and 1 1970s set. Asked about TARDIS. None on order, none in stock. Said there were ‘loads’ in warehouse though.
Blackpool Whitegate Drive, multiple of each 3-figure set on shelves, no TARDIS, Asked and they said none in stock, none on order and none in Lancashire.
Rang general B&M customer service, they said none in warehouse, lots of interest in the product and expecting them later in the week.

August 14th, 2018 - 3:39pmOrmskirk had “figure” sets yesterday. That’s where I got mine from. I also read Southport (officially Merseyside) had some too.
I was told today there where still 3000 TARDISs still in the warehouse.
Its annoying but different stores are giving out different and sometimes incorrect information.
A really helpful lady search her Region (Lancashire) for me and said any store can search their Region. Sadly, this was not the response I received from Liverpool who said theyd have to phone each store.

August 14th, 2018 - 3:04pmJust saw someone selling some of the B&M sets on Ebay for about 70 AUD (40 quid) plus about 40 AUD postage quid (25 quid).
Even with the inflated prices we have down-under, the B&M sets over here are only about half of that.

August 14th, 2018 - 2:27pmThere’re fine. You just select option 3 and you’ll be transferred to the person, you just ask to see if an item is in stock and give them the product code. They’ll tell you whether it’s in stock or not and then you can ask what figures are in the boxsets.

I expect it’ll appear there in the coming months and should it arrive then I shall purchase but should it not then there’s no difference. I hope all of you manage to get the figure sets.

August 14th, 2018 - 1:53pmTolworth store had all three 3-figure sets arrive yesterday, but now all sold out. Don’t think they made it to the shelves so was necessary to ask. They don’t seem to have had the TARDIS yet, but staff don’t seem completely certain themselves. Another delivery promised next Tuesday and it is possible to reserve as far as their stock order allows, but without being sure what you are getting and whether it includes the TARDIS or not (product numbers seemed beyond them). I’ve basically asked for one of each, whatever they might be! Still, got the impression that these would appear in sufficient numbers, sooner or later, and that maybe all the ebay panic buying isn’t needed!

August 14th, 2018 - 1:47pmIt’s very frustrating. I’m not sure why B&M / Character bothered with this Doctor / TARDIS set. I’ve just been in touch with the Colne branch and they aren’t getting it in at all.
It’s clear from the conversation that i wasn’t the first person to ring up about it, and it’s clear from comments on here that most of us want that set more than anything else. It’s as if B&M / Character don’t want to make money from a product that demand is obviously high for.

August 14th, 2018 - 1:53pmThe suggestion is that the sets will be phased in over the coming weeks or even months because in there eyes its a years worth of stock and they are in no hurry to send it out all at once.
I think the Tardis just hasn’t been allocated to all the distributions centers yet but will be in due course
Its just collectors aren’t used to the way B&M work
