Soho 1975. Lytton and Wilson run a jazz club. The food is divine, the music superb, life is good for the former soldiers. If only there weren’t those strange noises in the sewer and aliens in the darkness.

August 5th, 2020 - 1:28pmThis may be a silly question but are these comics officially licensed by the BBC?
booboo
August 5th, 2020 - 1:37pmno, but, unlike many other things, the “Characters” belong to the writers rather than the BBC so thats how these are possible.
Bit like the Lethbridge-Stewart books or K9 spin off.

August 5th, 2020 - 2:57pmBooboo, Do you think this new line is too far from Dr Who in a niche market or would the Dr Who collection comunity except it as being part of Dr Who given time, I really valve your personal opinion but obviously it’s my choose whether to invest in this line. Is this to your taste or not, also how is your collection display going?

August 5th, 2020 - 6:55pmProbably not although some characters are a bit obscure, but the independent market only has a few Characters they can expand on, Omega is a different kettle of fish though.
It is a niche market though but it has its place i think, we have had videos, audio’s but not really comics from this expanded universe so good on them for venturing into this untested market.

July 26th, 2020 - 8:41pmI can’t wait for Omega too!
Dalek z
July 26th, 2020 - 1:47pmI only have to see him and I can hear that music from Attack when his gang are planning the heist. Great character it’s always nice when somebody crosses over into another story and with a different Doctor too.

July 26th, 2020 - 12:07pmThis looks really good. If they’re looking for further characters, I think a Duggan series would work well.

July 26th, 2020 - 12:16pmLooking forward to Omega
Doug Who
July 26th, 2020 - 1:28pmOh yes…a Duggan noir detective series would be fantastic! Great idea!
I always thought it was a shame he hasn’t turned up in Big Finish yet.
I’ll definitely be picking up the Lytton series in the meantime. John Ridgeway drawing an Omega series looks great too.
