Is it all 100% free or is there a catch?

There is no catch, its because someone who does not pay for or have their own email address and internet service may use someone else’s for example their parents or friends to enter so you must ask them if its OK. After all if you win and you haven’t told them they might ignore it!

I’m asking this because one of the rules says that you need the bill payers permission.
