About the coin:
This coin, developed in collaboration between BBC Worldwide Australia & New Zealand, features a high quality colour reproduction of the Twelfth Doctor, Peter Capaldi.

Reverse Design: Each coin features a high quality colour reproduction of the Doctor. Behind him is a likeness of the Tardis engraved in 3-dimensional relief. This is surrounded by a finely engraved border design inspired by technology and time travel.

Obverse Design: Each coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The coins carry a legal tender status of $1 although the true value lays in their collectibilty as rare mintage pure silver coins.

Packaging: Each Limited Edition Doctor Who 1/2 oz Silver Coin Set is presented in a quality coin box and anniversary outer shipper. A Certificate of Authenticity sits inside the outer packaging case.
