August 13th, 2011 - 6:33pmi have had a great day! Went to the sommerset air craft museum to have a dalek invasion day. I evn managed to get ian mcniece’s (churchill’s) atograph. sargent benton was also signing there. And i managed to get the two faced smiler figure for £3 a novice hame from series 2 for £5 and amelia pond from series 5 for £9.99. They had the DWE amelia too but it was £30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in all fab day.

August 12th, 2011 - 3:00pma future wave that’s been leaked shows a series 5 river song from the big bang. It’s the SDCC exclusive without the jacket. classic companions include leela coming out so far in the 5 inch line and there’s a pink clothed peri in existance so maybe we’ll get more soon!

the ‘I’ should be pronounced like ‘eye’ or the ‘I’ in ‘Ikea’ and ‘Ireland’
not as in ‘igloo’ or ‘inside’ (perhaps not the best examples of words, but you get what I’m saying)
It just bothers me that’s all – like in the way that bad spelling and grammar does

August 13th, 2011 - 11:10amIt might have started as a Welsh name but names can change when they go to other countries, sometimes in spelling sometimes in pronunciation or sometimes both. Just because that’s the original way doesn’t mean it’s the corect. As I said a few days ago Neil Gaiman pronunced it “eed-ris” so that would appear to be the correct way to say it for THIS character. Iff the actors got it wrong that’s their problem, I’d go with the writer’s initial wishes.

August 11th, 2011 - 2:34pmI Think that set in the series 6 figure advert is meant to represent demons run from A Good Man Goes To War. You know with all the Metal walkways above the main hanger bay. But i do agree its like CO can’t be bothered to go to some length like previous adverts to promote their toys. Its good none the less. although perhaps they will do proper sets like lake silenco in another advert now that an Astronaut figure is on the way.
