River you can feel the hair, rory you might as well get the tardis mega set, and the vampire you need to feel for the skirt because its like the weeping angels ones. Hope that helps so you can get the figures for cheaper

September 26th, 2011 - 4:28amIf that includes all the figures from at least 1 complete box, then yes (unless one of the rare figures was replaced by a super-rare that is!).
If the seller has just a ‘pile’ of mixed up figures, and is sending you whatever, then you could be unlucky enough to miss out on one of the rares.
Unlikely though, you should get a complete set out of 60 packets; you’d have to be pretty unlucky not to.
