July 26th, 2020 - 12:18pmJust been into Nantwich to check. The Beam Heathway store has all the sets in apart from the 2nd Doctor and Tardis. So I managed to bag the 2 Dalek sets. The Swine Market Store has non of the sets in. In fact no DW merchandise whatsoever.
I’ve just got the Tardis set left to get. Soooo close!!!!

My brother was in Stoke so I asked if he could check the Wolstanton Retail Park store. He managed to find the 2nd Doctor and Tardis Set! Yay, I’ve got them all! So that also confirms that the Wolstanton Retail Park store at least has the Tardis set in. Don’t know about the others….

July 26th, 2020 - 12:18pmBeen to Amesbury then Salisbury this morning; Amesbury had nothing, no empty spaces even. The sales assistant I talked to said as far as she knew, they’d not had any in yet. Salisbury had about a half-dozen each of Sarah/Romanas and UNIT, and those were the only sets specified on the shelf tags.

July 26th, 2020 - 11:52amThe Kettering store is jam packed full of Companions of the 4th Doctor sets and The Friends and Foe of the 13th Doctor sets. They also have loads of Sontaran sets from last year with a few Seventh Doctor sets. Sadly no Dalek or Tardis sets in any stores I’ve been to.

July 26th, 2020 - 11:11amSo, I checked the B&M app this morning, it said “Good Availability” at my local store. I get down there ASAP and the figures are nowhere to be seen. After speaking to a member of staff they said the figures have been ordered but won’t arrive in store for another 10 days! So frustrating! Why was the app wrong?

July 26th, 2020 - 11:38amthat’s one of the problems with it it shows stock that’s been “allocated” to the store, that’s usually when the stock leavse central where house thoiugh 10 days sounds a long time i think its usually its overnight

Why does B n M only send certain sets to certain stores. when they receive the stock in there main wharehouse to be shipped to the stores wouldn’t it be just as easy for them to send all sets to all stores, instead of say sending just all Units sets to a store which as happened. Can you explain the reasoning behind this?

since last year they are now in 12’s off all the same set so its easy to not get sent everything or sent stuff at different times

I noticed a large space on the shelving next to the 4th Doctor companions. Asking around they said there wasn’t anything else in the storeroom. May take a trip up today or tomorrow. The bay scalpers are quite active there.
