What should a new big finish companion be like and which Doctor should he/she be with?

I would love to see timewyrm and cat’s cradle in boxset form.

Cat’s Cradle is a must since we already have Nightshade and Love and War.

We need Lungbarrow. Please Big Finish give us Lungbarrow. Maybe a boxset that split Lungbarrow into 4 1 hour parts.

Mark platt who wrote it and holds the rights over it was pretty dismissive about it and doesn’t want to adapt it or get it adapted. Unlikely to happen. Plus the amount of changes required to fit in current chronology it wouldn’t really be lungbarrow any more

Marc Platt should at least re release the book.

      Sadly it’s not that easy.

Hmm, the photo suggests Nyssa has re-found the jacket and crown that she lost on Castrovalva…!

Nice to see a story that may explain the Doctors life pre TARDIS stealing.

Really this story only gives hints (judging by the original novel) Lungbarrow carries on some themes seen here and explains the Doctor’s past more.

I think the people in the background are timelord soldiers as seen in the time war

this is based on a novel from 1996, so … no… not the time war

You never know, the story may have been tweaked accordingly. Damaged Goods, for example, gets mentions of Torchwood and the Time War in.
