I think they should change the silver pyramid on the cover into a silver tube, cos if that is ment to be the Tardis on the cover in it’s default form then clearly you’ll be thinking “Hang on, it should look like a silver tube as it was shown in ‘The Name of the Doctor’ “.

Did anyone else look at the Doctor’s Tardis in ‘The Name of the Doctor’ when Clara talks to the 1st Doctor and could not help but think it looks like a giant toilet roll tube ???? 😀

I’m not kidding, that is exactly what I thought.

If that silver pyramid with the seal of Rassilon on either side of it is the Doctor’s Tardis, then we are looking at her in her undisguised form before she changed into her familiar Police Box form.

Course, I thought all un-disguised Tardis’s looked like white metal cupboard’s with sliding doors, like the ones in ‘The War Games’.

that’s an interesting point. If that is the un-disguised state, then I am very happy with it.
Remember the Rani’s tardis was a pyramid in Time and the Rani, so this is possible!!

Yeah, got that story on DVD, pity her console room was not seen in that one, yet it was in ‘The Mark of the Rani’.

yes it is the first ever adventure. Its shows the day when the doctor and susan left gallifrey. Here’s the blurb from Big Finish’s facbook page:

When the First Doctor and his grand-daughter Susan escape through the cloisters of Gallifrey to an old Type 40 Time Travel capsule, little do they realize the adventures that lie ahead… And little do they know, as the TARDIS dematerializes and they leave their home world behind, there is someone else aboard the ship. He is Quadrigger Stoyn, and he is very unhappy…

Ahh, now I mentioned this here on the site somewhere else very recently about Terry Molloy being involved in a Big Finish audio that I read about ages back, guess this is obviously it then.

Good to see Terry Molloy still around in the Who-niverse! Anyone else remember, in the 1980s when he was Davros, that he was the ‘straight man’ on Beadle’s About before Jeremy used to appear to point the camera out. No one ever said – oh, you’re Davros!
