Like all the new Who items from BCS, nothing is now even scheduled to arrive. They keep saying there will be an update but they seem to do very little about keeping us informed. I think it is disgraceful.
I also even heard a rumour that their finances are starting to become suspect and fear that I may lose all the money they have from me.
What do others think?
I think I am going to cancel my orders – even if I have to take the ridiculous “hit” that they keep some of the money. Better that though, than lose the lot.

I contacted BCS in February and got a reply saying they had been struggling because of Covid but no apology for the delay which I thought a bit rude considering that we have paid the money and have just been left wondering what is going on. Their communication with the customers is terrible. Fortunately I only have the sixth doctor on pre-order. I would erge you and others not to invest in any more of the products at the moment just in case we end up losing the monies.

July 8th, 2021 - 7:31amThe mesh on the neck bin will I hope be finer. They are very good though and look far superior to the prototypes that they had next to the Doctor figures in some of the promo shots. I hope these meet demand and we get a fantastic collection of them.
We have waited nearly 60 years for these!

July 8th, 2021 - 1:08pmSince it’s Big Chief and they make articulated 12″ figures I should imagine theyll be fully articulated with flashing lights. Hope they go the extra mile and have a voice chip in aswell.
Should be possible considering the price of these.

July 8th, 2021 - 2:49pmI wasn’t familiar with Big Chief, so I wasn’t sure if they made action figures or just statues. I knew they had a Doctor Who license, but beyond that, little else.
