Bit concerned at how difficult this magazine is to find now. Either all copies sell straight away because there are less of them or some supermarkets are not getting them now. I don’t see it in Sainsbury’s nor Smiths now and am relying on my local Coop.

This means if I don’t find it in my Coop, I am going to quickly need another source.

Tesco Extra stores always seem to stock them still & even do the odd ‘ Tesco exclusive’ with additional free gifts.

Why does Nardole look really tired on this cover?

As a ‘free’ gift, why not have a build your own Dalek over, say, four or five issues?

Like the scheduling of the show this has been messed with so much that its now less frequent, reduced in pages but increased in price, such bizarre handling of a publication. Even its website is months out of date. I’m surprised it didn’t die last year without a new series.

To be perfectly honest if they can still make a profit from a 2-month release schedule with very little effort then they will continue doing so. It’s when it dip’s below a certain margin that I can see it getting cancelled which is a shame. Basically it’s currently drivel running on empty. It really need’s a proper & total overhaul with some new ideas. I’m surprised that they haven’t turned over every 6-month Issue to a full-length comic strip to break things up a bit which would shake the tree a bit. I’m also surprised they haven’t approached other companies like Titan. Where they could supply a FREE Titan from any of the Doctor Who 3″ range as a Free Gift & give them a full page centre spread advertising the Doctor Who range in compensation with additional free follow up ads. They could even have an EXCLUSIVE only Titan 3″ Figure from Doctor Who Adventures where you had to collect 20 tokens over the weeks & mail away for it. There are also plenty of Trading Card companies who could do a Special say 30 Card set again Exclusive to the magazine with a 5-Card Packet available in each Issue over 6 magazines again enhancing collectability. We will have to see if it survives the next couple of years?

Awww. Stop slagging off Adventures! I have every issue and still enjoy it. Maybe once the new series starts in the spring it will rekindle interest and sell more. Hopefully leading to an increased publication schedule. Long live Doctor Who Adventures!

After waiting nearly two months for this issue, my tame 10 year old had nearly lost interest. Luckily the Christmas special reminded her about it. Hopefully the new series will spark that interest again.

they messed with this too much, stopped being able to subscribe, gifts started being the same as previous ones, magazines got shorter, price went up for less content. it needs to be cancelled and maybe a better one released.

When It first came out I use to be a subscriber but then they stopped the subscription which was a shame and I didn’t really collect it after then.

They’ve restarted the subscriptions now, but they don’t include gifts.

It is not the fault of the magazine, but the lack of a TV series – DW merchandise in shops is getting smaller sections and sometimes bottom shelf.

I wonder if “relaunching” this magazine from issue 1 again achieved anything. Better to remind buyers that it is a 400+ issue publication rather than a 20 issue one.

I think people had high hopes when DWM took over, there was total negativity towards the previous publishers but in reality with the ever decreasing material available they were doing just as good a job I think.

Doctor Who does not seem to be attracting the next generation of younger viewers

Title has gone bi-monthly now so presumably not doing as well
