Action Figure Set: City Of Death – Pictures

Action Figure Collectors Set: City Of Death

The Fourth Doctor and Romana II are in Paris investigating a fracture in time. During a visit to the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, the Doctor purloins from a stranger, Countess Scarlioni, a bracelet that is actually an alien scanner device. The trail leads to the home of Count Scarlioni, who is selling duplicate Mona Lisas to fund time experiments – all originals!

The Count is revealed as an alien called Scaroth, last of the Jagaroth race. He was splintered in time when his ship exploded above primeval Earth. His intention is to go back in time to prevent the destruction of his ship.

Realising that the Jagaroth spaceship exploding started life on Earth, the Doctor and Romana race back in time to stop the Count’s plan.

very, very cool I really like Scaroth figure althought I wonder if he will come with all six mona lisa paintings with one saying “this is a fake” (properly not thought)

I love the 4th Doc, but I’m sick of the amount of 4th Doctor sets being realeased. There’s been at least 5 or 6 so far, it’s stupendous.

It will be a while before we see another Sarah Jane Smith figure, they are scared they’ll offend her family or something along those lines by bringing a figure out.

The Scarloni looks fantastic, but it should come with Romana 2!!!!! We’ve had barely any companions and already like 60 4th Doctor’s.
They should do more classic monster/companion sets like Peri and Sil!!!!!

I am now wondering if Lala Ward will ever approve of Character Options creating a Romana II action figure. This set does not feel complete without her. And what about Duggan or Countess Scarlioni??? Now that would make for a truly complete City of Death Collector’s Set.

I think Peter Kay said he didn’t want a figure released in the past so we never will get any. I’d say it’s safe to say we’ll get a Rory (as Steven Moffat has said that getting us one is “his personal mission”) although going by the amount of time it takes to make a figure it might be next year before we see it.
