Stocks Arrive – B&M 2022 September Sets and Map

Please note B&M now sell selected items via their website

You can now try to check for stock (Figures sets only so far) at your local branch on the app and the B&M Website however this is already proving to be very unreliable. The app shows different information to the website and some stores showing stock don’t have it on the shelves

Missed Something? You can see every Collectors Series Set in our Interactive List.

Stocks have now arrived and are appearing in some stores.

At present option 3 on published store telephone numbers that allowed you to speak to a member of staff has been removed. You could try the main customer service number, 0330 838 9000 and ask to be put through to your local store or try and find out its direct number.

Shown below are the product codes and bar codes for reference.

We strongly advise you make whatever checks you can yourself to check store availability before traveling.

To find your nearest store visit www.bmstores.co.uk or use the map below. Please contact www.bmstores.co.uk if you require more information.

The B&M Map:

This map is a guide only and shouldn’t be used as a definite indication that a particular store has stock

The map shows most stores, if you see any missing please leave a comment. We use this map to show the distribution pattern and possible stock locations.

If you see stock and take a picture you can send it to [email protected] and we can add it to the map or you can link to an image you are hosting yourself.

We will list what sets have been seen in any particular store and on what date. This map has layers, if you click on the icon in the blue header at the top left of the map in you can select which layers you want to see.

A Character will be placed to the right of the store concerned (which does not mean that store has that particular item) but you will need to zoom in to separate the 2 or click off the store location layer.

In jarrow, they had figure sets and 2 sets each of each dalek set , but I took one of each dalek set so only one set left as of 3 o’clock this afternoon.

I saw this late last night and was unable to get there. I assume the last ones will have gone by now. Hoping they arrive in South Shields but not been for a while and not heard anything on here that they’ve got them in.

For North American buyers looking for the 8th and 10th Doctor sets, WhoNA.com has, at the time of this writing, 23 of each set available.

Neither of the Dalek sets are available yet at the time of writing. Or they may have had a very limited quantity and sold out already. One time, they had only a small sample of Dalek sets, like less than 10, and sold out with only 1 left when I tried to order, which went sold before my order could be placed.

WhoNA.com just put up 5 of each of the History Of The Daleks sets. I ordered 1 of each, so at the time of this writing, the maximum they would have is 4 of each.

For collectors, they are in “non-mint packaging.” However, my past experience with WhoNA labeled non-mint packaging was in boxes I couldn’t tell why they weren’t labeled as mint.

Well i should imagine youd want the boxes to live up to your surname David.

      October 7th, 2022 - 6:17pm

LOL! I want them in Minter condition! I do have a high standard for quality, so it makes sense. 🙂

WhoNA.com has already sold out of both History Of The Daleks sets.

They only have 16 of the 8th Doctor set and 18 of the 10th left.

      October 7th, 2022 - 7:09pm

There are plenty more 10th doctor sets where they came from i can assure you.

    This is an absolute nightmare so far;

    Skipton and Keighley have nothing
Shipley and Bingley ONLY have the 8th Doctor sets
All four stores have stated that they have the 8th and 10th on the website.

I would make a trip to Halifax, but I don’t want to waste my money on travel for them all to be sold out. Does anyone know if they’re still there?
    Cheers

Ah cheers for that. I just checked both today, county paks only had the three packs, the mall on 10th their staff said there’s none in the warehouse so won’t be restocking either

Update for people in the South West, there were loads of 8th and 10th Doctor sets in the Weston Gallagher Retail Park B&M. No Daleks. Nothing at all in the Clevedon branch. This was at about 7:30pm on Thursday.

Does anyone know if stores that haven’t received anything yet will still receive sets? I’m presuming it’s pointless visiting stores that only have 8th and 10th Doctor sets as the Daleks will have been and gone and there won’t be restocks?

Have a couple of friends who work in B&M, they’ve spent all day checking and calling around for the two Dalek sets for me.
12 in the system for Sunderland (Ryhope branch). Nothing on the shelves or in the stock room (I was there within 10 mins).
Only place they found them in the North East was the new store in PRUDHOE. 45 mile/2 hour round trip. At least a dozen Death, and around ten Planet on the shelves. Store is so new its post code isn’t on the SatNav.
Sunderland, Washington, Durham and North Tyneside just the two Doctor sets.

Huge number of 10th Doctor sets on the shelves of Willesden B&M. No other sets, but two large gaps on the shelf either side of the 10’s. looks like the Dalek sets may have come and gone since Tuesday night. Really wish I had made this a morning visit now …

Thanks booboo, this guide map has been very useful again this year – it has enabled me to see that the area I live in is a Dalek desert! So far the supply pattern seems to be the same as last year – diddly squat for central East Anglia. I am scarred for life from missing out on HOTD sets 6 & 8, I checked regularly and they never turned up in Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Thetford and some other stores in the region. Neither did the 3 figure sets. By the look of things these stores aren’t going to get any of this wave either. Not sure why this has happened, these B&Ms always used to stock the Doctor Who figures. Looks like the Dalek lorry don’t go there no more. Very poor. At least I now know that I have to go to Bedford or somewhere to obtain them.
They definitely need to make more and increase the distribution! What a stupid company.

I’d like to thank JMV, very helpful with his connswater announcement. Saw it 20 minutes before the shops closed and had to run down the cycle path, completely out of breath (showing how unfit i am) but worth it for the beauty that is the planet of the daleks set 2, and the death daleks are nice to army build on the previous release.

It does seem i got a factory error in my supreme, where he isn’t in his base properly, but glued down so won’t go in properly without disassembly, oh well, give uniqueness. 🙂
