May 12th, 2021 - 1:30amwith the greatest respect to big finish the out put of doctor who cd items and all other stories is very impressive but like many comments about dalek universe still has not been received yet it was a pre order and had to e mail them and raise the issue i had a very satisfied reply but only last week or so has any official notice gone on to the website i suffer from depression and find this very stressful i am going to order the 2nd volume but not until June

It started to look like physical items where coming out within a few days of actual releases and now it’s slipping back again like it was last year weather this is a result of manufacturing supply and demand or staffing the warehouse because with regards to the TLV vinyl regardless of delays on producing vinyl as we know the TLV release came out on the 16th and I received mine that day from Amazon so why that hasn’t been dispatched by big finish I really don’t understand having originally made available when intended for release back in November by Asda?.

April 29th, 2021 - 12:29amStill not had my DU1 vinyl set yet. Emailed them yesterday and they did say that they were experiencing delays, and that all I should do is check my emails for when they are dispatched

April 29th, 2021 - 11:09amMe neither, Daniel – nor the Dalek Protocol CD. I had the same email. I’m beginning to wish they wouldn’t schedule the release of these items until they have the stock to fulfil them. I fear the same is going to happen with the highly-anticipated 9th Doctor vinyl releases – just leaving people annoyed and peed-off. We don’t all want digital downloads and we pay extra to have the physical products.

April 27th, 2021 - 11:29pmYeah I haven’t had this or Time lord victorious sent out. They did reply to my email saying
“We are hoping to have these sent out in the next week or so, but with everything going on at the moment are experiencing a few delays.
We would suggest keeping an eye on your emails as a dispatched notification will be sent as normal to let you know when your copies are on there way.”

April 27th, 2021 - 1:21pmNo be we know there are some Vinyl production delays, also BF effectively shut down their office base last year with many recordings and all PR done from home so i would imagine they have a huge backlog of physical items to deal with.

Don’t think anyone has had their TLV LP even though we know that’s out

April 27th, 2021 - 12:51pmYes strange about the Dalek Protocol cd as I received my DU1 on cd last Thursday which was released the day after I understand the delays associated with vinyl but why one cd but not the other.
And yes like you I’m a physical not download buyer always have been.

May 1st, 2021 - 7:34amI think it would be helpful if there was some kind of banner on the product page saying – ‘dispatch of physical release delayed’ or something. I’m still waiting for March’s Torchwood CD release, let alone April’s (the latter I believe has been dispatched). IMO it is the not knowing more than the (understandable) delays that are the root of the problem.

I’m sure many people living through this pandemic appreciate their going to be delays of product. Just keep people informed I’m sure they’ll understand.
