February 17th, 2020 - 11:20pmI never did receive one of these, despite making a good effort to get one! I loved the look of the teaser photos and was excited to get one or two. I ordered two on September 17th last year, the first day it was on pre-order on the Eaglemoss site. Also, in a 3 for 2 offer in October I pre-ordered a few more. Time went on and I saw the release date was being pushed back and back. I never did receive anything, and after emails from me in December and January I finally heard back from them at the end of January, saying the item was not available and they would refund me “as soon as possible”. Now it’s gone mid-February and still no refund yet . Very disappointed.
I guess the Dalek Battle pods must have been withdrawn because of breakage issues, as mentioned in other comments on this site. I’ve never seen a review on YouTube of one, and hardly ever one on sale on eBay, so I suppose few people got them? I have found Eaglemoss’ customer service to be disappointing through the whole thing, and on issues with other orders. The long long wait for replies genuinely makes you fear you will never get the matter resolved, or that they’ve forgotten about you. I do like some of the products Eaglemoss produces, particularly the Daleks and the Doctor Who Collection, but I am giving up ordering from them til I get the refund and replacement issues I have with them sorted out.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with ordering a Dalek Battle Pod?

March 4th, 2020 - 6:35pmI have 2 broken ones in my loft. 1st ones bottom section snapped off. 2nd one had broken dalek bump wing.
3rd one arrived intact.
Only benefit is I now have 6 extra mini daleks too which look good next to Original Emporer Dalek.

November 12th, 2019 - 12:40pmI’ve still not received my Dalek battle pod, I ordered it at the beginning of October and I had received an email saying it was due in stock on the 28th October.
I’ve emailed eaglemoss to see what’s going on.

November 13th, 2019 - 12:15pmCancelled mine this morning still awaiting delivery they said been dispatched twice,then they lost the order reordered twice still nothing,asked to speak to a manager was told no they don’t take calls very poor service.

November 22nd, 2019 - 8:01pmStill no response after 10 days so I emailed them again, they responded almost straight away saying they’d get back to me as soon as possible with a response.
So I’m still none the wiser, but at least eaglemoss customer service have acknowledged me.

November 8th, 2019 - 8:58pmJust got mine today. Was really surprised by how big the figurine & the box is? Sadly, badly packed by Eaglemoss in cheap outer cardboard box, which resulted in it being mangled. Opened it up to find display box with massive crease & a crushed corner. Luckily after opening the figure was all intact in it’s foam base.

October 30th, 2019 - 5:01pmI got mine on Saturday. It is a thing of beauty but unfortunately mine is damaged. Basically the part where the daleks sit is ready to snap off as the metal has cracked.
Eaglemoss has said they will get back to me soon as hoping for a replacement.

October 30th, 2019 - 6:27pmMy dalek gunship was also damaged in the same way as yours, the enclosure then broke off as I was putting it somewhere safe. I rang eaglemoss and they arranged for a replacement.to be sent out with next subscription
I later glued the dalek enclosure back on and painted the daleks so that they look more realistic.
I also pre-ordered a Dalek gunship from the Collections shop and hope they get stock of it soon.
The Dalek gunship is a fantastic model, its definitely a great addition to the collection 🙂

October 30th, 2019 - 10:23amNice, but not essential. Weren’t the Daleks to have better paint jobs? If I recall the teaser image correctly (which showed the tiny Dalek only), they looked pretty detailed.
