June 2nd, 2019 - 7:16pmI assumed it was based on the scene where he un-crouches himself rising out of his blue Hershey’s Kiss pod? Most of the figurines tend to opt for a ‘neutral’ pose now but the early ones (like the issue 1 Matt Smith release) were sculpted to tie into specific scenes from the episode featured.

I’d like Moxx of Balhoon, Abzorbaloff, Hoix, Doreen from The Rings of Atkaten, Leandro, Sandmen, Ribbons and I’d really like the Giant Monk from Lie of the Land.

June 1st, 2019 - 1:55pmThe Rights passed to the BBC as part of the Competition but Peter Kay had final say & held off for years. It was only just recently that an agreement was reached for the Warlord Figurine Set.

June 1st, 2019 - 9:04pmYou missed the point: It was about Rights Issues. If they can reach agreement on one figure they can reach an agreement on another. So if Eaglemoss approached for the rights for a figurine or Character Options say, then Peter Kay maybe amenable to issuing said Rights.
