The Daemons has long been a favourite of both the production team and Doctor Who fans alike. Featuring Jon Pertwee in the title role, with full support from the UNIT team and a formidable foe in the form of The Master, there are few stories which encapsulate an era so completely.

Now on the occasion of the serial’s 45th anniversary, members of the cast and crew reunite to share their memories and experiences of working on the show in five brand new commentaries, with a bonus alternative track for episode two.

Moderated by actor, comedian and cult television enthusiast Toby Hadoke, this release features Katy Manning (Jo Grant), John Levene (Sgt Benton), David Simeon (Alastair Fergus), John Owens (Thorpe), Alec Linstead (Sgt Osgood), Terrance Dicks (Script Editor) and Sue Upton (Director’s Assistant).

These CDs can be enjoyed on their own or played in conjunction with the official BBC DVD release.
