I’m going to guess the Zygons will copy Clara and Kate’s appearances, as they seems clam and relaxed. And the Doctor and Osgood are normal. From what I assume the Osgood is the human one and the Zygon one was killed by Missy. Or maybe the Missy just teleported the human Osgood away, like herself (I have a feeling Missy will be in this episode).
Also The Girl who Died and The Woman who lived are my least anticipated episodes of this season.

Quite how she knew the Doctor had them on his lapels is a mystery however, the only time he came into contact with U.N.I.T was a vague reference in “Time Flight” and then “Battlefield”.
