But now the doorway to colour has been pushed ajar and each of us can peek through the crack at the miracles of the Universe freed from the shadows of black and white.

February 13th, 2013 - 6:43pmIt would be nice to see one Hartnell story and one Troughton story in colour just out of interest but I suspect it would be too expensive to do all the stories that exist. Still, an interesting idea and looks very good

If only they could have all the William Hartnell stories from put in colour, I’d watch em all ! ❗

February 13th, 2013 - 9:20amAs remarkable as these videos are, and as talented as Babelcolour is, to me these episode belong in black and white.
They somehow lose something when colourised, the same with classic films like Casablanca or Gone with the Wind.
That aside, his craft is outstanding, and his work on the Pertwee stories should be celebrated as a turning point in the history of the series – who’d have thought back in the 1990s that one day we’d be able to watch all those episodes in the colour they were meant to be seen in?

I have all released titles so far and if it is a straight reissue no but if it does have new content i would consider it depending on what the new content is. Even though i doubt this will happen i would love if they released boxes/books to put the dvds in (similar to the book that the james bond blu rays set would be nice) but also avalable seperatly from the dvds for those that already have the dvds but dont want to buy the dvds again
