The Time Meddler
The TARDIS arrives on an English coastline in the year 1066.
Exploring, the Doctor discovers that one of his own people, the Monk, is conspiring to wipe out the Viking fleet and thus allow King Harold to face the forces of William of Normandy with a fresh army at the Battle of Hastings.
The Doctor succeeds in thwarting the Monk’s plans and leaves him trapped in England.

August 7th, 2010 - 7:48pmmy great grandad met Peter Butterworth who plays the meddling monk in this story. they met in the war at a prison camp before he was an actor so that’s the only reason i may buy this.

December 19th, 2011 - 6:31pmWe meet the first time lord in the series other than the doctor and Susan and another tardis! The sets and stock footage are reasonable as well so it has to be worth it just for that! 🙂
