Figurine Collection (Test Area) 04 Weeping Angel
Figurine Collection (Test Area) 04 Weeping Angel
Celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who this fantastic new figurine collection. The series draws from every era show and includes all eleven versions of the Doctor plus his greatest monsters.
All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale, and cast in a specially formulated metallic resin before being painted by hand and individually numbered.
The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior’s uniform and the controls on Davros’s console.
Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series in loving detail and every sculpt is based on detailed study of the original production photography, props and drawings.
The collection features several different versions of the Daleks and Cybermen allowing you to trace their evolution over the years.
This is the definitive Doctor Who figurine collection.
Above Images are of the actual figure and are taken by ourselves

April 12th, 2013 - 1:08pmJust called them again today and they said about it being a test period and that I wouldn’t receive anything until if/when they launch! I wish they wouldn’t lead us on saying it was a stock issue when they never planned to send it out to subscribers until offical launch. If I’d have known I would have just bought them from my newsagent!
booboo
April 12th, 2013 - 1:12pmThat must be part of the test then, see how many people buy it then subscribe without actually sending them anything.
The vast majority of people subscribing to this will have no idea this is a test
NABlaze
April 12th, 2013 - 1:22pmYeah, probably only wanted to get it in shops so people saw it and subscribed to it and those who already had subscribed had done what they wanted, so didn’t worry and wanted to only use issues to sell to those who hadn’t yet subscribed.
booboo
April 12th, 2013 - 1:23pmissue 5 is the last one, there is a note in the magazine
josh smith
April 12th, 2013 - 1:23pmbooboo when it is officially released will we get these figures aswell?
booboo
April 12th, 2013 - 1:25pmI would think so but the order may change, issue 5 is the last one in the test, long wait until official launch now (if it was successful)
cjayp33
April 12th, 2013 - 2:45pmWhat A disgrace to lie to us. If I would have known I would have bought issues 2,3,4, from the shops. I suspect a lot of people bought issue 1, and then did not bother to buy anymore as they had subscribed and assumed they would come through the post. I thought it was about how many they sold, when in fact, based on this info its on how many people subscribe. At least I picked up issues 5 today.
cjayp33
April 12th, 2013 - 3:05pmHave sent them another email to clarify as somebody on Facebook phoned them yesterday where they were told “issues 2 & 3 went to packing on 27/03/2013 but not recd yet”
booboo
April 12th, 2013 - 3:40pmthis is the problem, conflicting info – i never even got a reply to my email asking where mine are
cjayp33
April 15th, 2013 - 5:22pm“So I called up EM today and They have stock in and subscriptions should be arriving through our letterboxes in around 2 weeks.”

April 3rd, 2013 - 11:19pmAh, I live in the test area but have no luck finding ’em!!
Have been looking since issue #1!!
I’ve seen a few comments quoting they have seen some in Aylesbury (the nearest apparent seller) after scanning the area I still couldn’t find the magazine anywhere!!
Any one got a specific place in Aylesbury or Gt.missenden either is fine!
Thanks,

April 3rd, 2013 - 3:21pmI wasn’t shore were to put this but Eaglemoss are going to send out letters to all subscribers to explain why they have delayed them. It also sounded like they had issue 1,2 and 3 in stock at the warehouse!
cjayp33
April 3rd, 2013 - 5:01pmHow do you know?
The Monitor
April 3rd, 2013 - 5:13pmHope you are right Doctor 909. I have been disappointed not to have got any issues yet and have “moved on” I suppose, but it will be a nice surprise to get them.
Doctor 909
April 3rd, 2013 - 7:42pmOh and the women said “would you like to get issue 2 and 3 with that as they will come with…” Just so you know I was ordering issue 1 as a back issue. “…issue 1”
NABlaze
April 4th, 2013 - 3:33pmI rang them today and they did say they now have the magazines instock and I should receive my issues in 7-10 days, I hope so as I’ve been waiting long enough, but at least it sounds like they’ve sorted their stock issues. π
Upset Timelord
April 8th, 2013 - 5:58pmI subscribed way back on 23/02 and have received nothing. Called up last week and was told the first couple were dispatched on 27/03.

April 3rd, 2013 - 5:05pmWhere are these test areas?
TheWhomobile
April 3rd, 2013 - 3:12pmThis figure actually looks quite good judging by the photo, but still when these are released nationally I doubt I will get any, it’s just too expensive and some good figures don’t make up for the bad ones.
booboo
April 3rd, 2013 - 3:15pmapart from possibly the 11th Doctor i have yet to see a “bad” one
MR BLAH
April 3rd, 2013 - 7:10pmTo be honest it is a bit stupid messing up the current doctor and all the monsters are fantastic.
Fezmeister
April 3rd, 2013 - 2:56pmThis one is extremely good. If they were all of this quality, I’d consider collecting these. I might just pick up the Weeping Angel issue when it’s released outside of the test area.

April 3rd, 2013 - 1:25pmThe “monsters” are extremely good, well worth collection, lets face it though The Doctor isn’t brilliant, although he looks better in hand, so i hope maybe they can try to improve it for the national release
