Celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who this fantastic new figurine collection. The series draws from every era show and includes all eleven versions of the Doctor plus his greatest monsters.
All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale, and cast in a specially formulated metallic resin before being painted by hand and individually numbered.
The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior’s uniform and the controls on Davros’s console.

Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series in loving detail and every sculpt is based on detailed study of the original production photography, props and drawings.
The collection features several different versions of the Daleks and Cybermen allowing you to trace their evolution over the years.

Luckily the paint job on this was is fine, the one I bought in the shoo yesterday , looked like a cross between the doctor and a ganger.

August 29th, 2013 - 12:42pmWhen they were making the Marvel magazine they put a code on the bottom of all the figures. There were a lot of rumours about what they meant but in the end they revealed it was just a random code they stuck on the bottom to create speculation.

I would presume it is the first release (that’s issue 10) so that people aren’t abandoning it at issue 70 and saving themselves a tenner.

I had already subscribed but couldn’t wait to get my issue, sitting here with the magazine now, love it, can’t wait to get Davros now! Being impatient :’)

I started the test series on issue 2 and can only assume thats why its says issue 2 on my welcome letter. Did email customer services a while back asking to add issue one where I was assured I would get issues 1-5. Hopefully I will pick one up in the shops tomorrow.

It was definatly worth £2.99 however I’m not sure I’d pay £6.99 for further issues.
