Idris from wave 1 left and wave 2 right. Although the wave 2 figure came with 5 cubes it is still marked wave 2a on the packaging, it has a more matt finish (especially the hair ) than wave one although this doesn’t show in the image.

i just received my river song in the post from forbidden planet international, and i must say its fantastic i would recommend it to anyone. the pictures on the internet do it no justice you have to see it in the flesh (lol see what i did there) to really know what i mean 🙂 😀

So technicly the one in the Pandorica set is superior.

SO yeah, that’s the only real difference I think.

August 23rd, 2011 - 2:29pmi ordered my figures from FP on friday evening. i have only just recieved the “your item has been shipped” email. what is worse is that they have only shipped 1 figure out of the 3 that i ordered! my astronaught is on it’s way, my eleventh doctor is “pending….” and my idris + 5 physic containers is on “pre-order”. disaster!! has anyone else had this trouble from FP?

I was thinking last night, they could (since they’re releasing it twice in stores) give the Doctor in the 2nd wave a red bow-tie on the figure,
just that bow-tie over red and there ya have a Doctor from the Series cliff-hanger ! 😀
