In the peaceful village of Devil’s End something very strange is happening. A professor is preparing to open a nearby burial mound and a local white has foresees death and disaster. Meanwhile, the new vicar looks suspiciously like the Master and he is using black magic to conjure up an ancient Daemon.
This action figure set includes Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, the Master, and a Daemon.

April 16th, 2013 - 9:57amI was expecting Bok to be rotoscoped not posable like he appears to be. So we have Axos in July and ‘potentially’ Daemons in August. CO/UT/FP aren’t exactly seeting the world alight with Classic releases this year. I’ve wanted more Pertwee sets but why release them all clumped together? Spread them out a little more, varity is the spice of life.

same happened with the Tardis sets, Davros sets, Sontaran sets etc etc
switching production lines back and forth would i think just add to the cost

April 16th, 2013 - 6:59ampersonally i think that they should lay off pertwee for a while they’ve done: The Three Doctors, Claws of Axos and now the Daemons, i think we deserve a Tomb of the Cybermen Set, a Series 7 Part 2 5′ set, a Hartnell Monster (other than Daleks or cybermen) set, an Ark in Space set, a Caves of Androzani set with a proper regenration outfit, an Attack of the Cybermen Cybercontroller and Lytton, a Movie Set and a Greatest Show in the Galaxy Set/Curse of Fenric set, but cool set, Bok is too small

April 16th, 2013 - 10:40amIt’s wierd they are bringing out all these Pertwee sets and no 3rd Doctor figures ! 🙁 When are they going to make his outfit from Terror of the Autons already, that was the one he wore the most.
Plus I have waited too long for a Silurian set with an allosaurus.

April 17th, 2013 - 5:47pmYes I agree. If memory serves me correct, Azal was the Daemon, Bok was the stone gargoyle the master brought to life and yes, he should be bigger. If memory is correct then the pack details are incorrect. Would love to see Azal, Bessie, Benton. Also lets go back a Doctor and have The Abominable Snowmen. How about a couple of assistants sets (similar to the 11 Doctor set)from the classic era, Susan, Barbara, Jamie etc?

April 15th, 2013 - 8:42pmSadly it is about cost. An Unearthly set would be three new figures to mould and no imminent perputations market-able thereafter. When I say market, I mean one where they can recover costs and make a profit in line with other ranges.
Tom Baker and Jon Pertwee related sets will probably sell more, classic-wise, than any other era. If CO/UT have picked up on this with their sales figures, this will be their focal era.

Its seems the .com FP are no longer doing the classics for whatever reason.
We are however a news site, not a retail site so we will still feature it even if its only available on the Dark side of the moon.
