What’s gotten into the TARDIS?

Enlisting UNIT in their search for an enigmatic woman who appears all throughout time and space, the Doctor and Ruby uncover deeper mysteries. What is the secret of Susan Triad? What happened on the night that Ruby was born? The answers lead the Doctor and Ruby to a horrifying confrontation with the greatest evil of all…

Russell T Davies’ epic two-part finale of Ncuti Gatwa’s first season as the Doctor is novelised by series script editor Scott Handcock, reinstating material from earlier drafts. It also concludes the TARDIS travels of Ruby Sunday, played by Millie Gibson.

Agreed, we need someone to do a Target Shada. How about a Trial-less Vervoids?

I wonder if any of these are the abridged ‘Target Sized’ Shada?

I think they will be all season two stories. Besides I doubt we will get a shada target book. Author Gareth Roberts posted controversial comments and was dropped by, essentially everyone in 2019

It’s a bit of a shame, cause when you separate author from the art, his “Shada” novel was really good.

I agree, the novel is great and a target version of it would be very welcome but in this day and age and i can’t see them taking a risk on the bad publicity it would engender

They could, perhaps, get James Goss or someone else to do a new version, pared down to Target length…
